There are occasional loading delays which affect the experience. Performance and speed can be improved further to make the process smoother. A faster search for past reports would also help. What I like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise is that its service is electronic over physical paper. So it's possible to take photos of receipts and upload them to a main folder and then search with the AI feature to find the date of the upload and get it attached to the correct expense report. Being able to create groups of individual members on my team is also helpful, although a new group has to be created to adjust people, if I haven't been left behind on that update. Way too many clicks to get to where I need to be. Learning how to use it is a curve that's not intuitive, which gets annoying when it's a process to relearn how to use it each month or every other month of assisting my boss in compiling his expense report.
