"Emburse Expense has streamlined our T&E Process"

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

The automation. Prior to Emburse Expense (formerly Chrome River) our T&E process was very manual - Emburse brought our T&E process into the 21st century, allowing the process to become highly automated, thereby reducing pain points and making it easy to use. Customer Support has been great - they have been attentive to any issues we've encountered, and our initial implementation process was thorough and relatively painless. The mobile app was slow at times , but Emburse has made improvements, making the app more user friendly for all types of expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Emburse Expense has removed a lot of the manual processes that used to exist in our T&E system. From the user, all the way through the approval process and payment, Emburse has tremendously improved the efficiency of our T&E process from start to finish. Unhappy with the system stability. I am an Admin for our portal but once or twice a year my access to Emburse Analytics is removed. Love having a product that our people can use from everywhere and provides us with a place to digitally store our corporate credit card receipts. The initial setup is the most crucial feature of onboarding to ChromeRiver. All of the Entity feeds have to be set up and also proper connection to a firm's Accounts Payable system can be intensive. We are solving the ease of making the easiest possible user experience for our associates and easily attaching receipts to expense line items and submitting reports.
