As an AP Approver, I find the system intuitive and easy to use for reviewing and approving expense reports. The reporting and analytics capabilities are excellent, and the ability to export data to Excel for additional analysis is especially useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of my responsibilities is reviewing receipts and per diem claims for business trips. A recurring challenge is that employees sometimes submit expense reports without properly scanning or attaching supporting receipts, making them difficult to review. The system is still snappy and easy to use. Everything is broken down into logical easy to find buckets for what type of expense is needed to be added along with integrations with Uber and a companion app to upload receipts to the receipt view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Desktop app is still needed to be utilized if something is started on the iOS app. It would be nice to be able to start and finish expenses on the iOS app without the desktop version being necessary for me to go into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our accounting department wants each invoice number on a separate line, and sometimes (specifically with Amazon), multiple invoices are in the same charge. I have to manually type out spaces to get the invoice numbers on separate lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
