This tool enables me to do so. It's simple, yet accomplished what I needed. And it was much cheaper than the alternatives I researched. **What do you dislike about EmailAnalytics?** I can't think of anything I dislike. Other solutions may have more features and integrations but in terms of what I needed, this was perfect. **What problems is EmailAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had some client complaints that their project managers did not reply to their emails promptly. I needed the visibility to see this and be able to resolve it proactively, versus waiting for a client complaint. This tool solved my issue. ### 2. It helps us eradicate the shortcomings of our email newsletters to our clients. **What do you dislike about EmailAnalytics?** The organic conversion of the email analytics is not showing a true picture of the people who are actually accessing the emails and newsletters. Many users have out a filter of marking the emails as read and archiving the emails from certain organisation. Analytics should consider these aspects on the end user. **Recommendations to others considering EmailAnalytics:** Please consider your organisational requirements and only use Email Analytics if you are running a mass campaign on email. **What problems is EmailAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to track the people and locations of our agents who are able to access our email newsletters. More pressing issues of which email campaigns are not working and which are working can be easily determined by Analytics. We focus more on locations which have higher percentage of read receipts. Thats so good! what i can say after all these words is perfect for me and i would recommend it to anyone or company to use i'm very pleased. Perfect! I love! **What do you dislike about EmailAnalytics?** I believe the design could be a little better for its users, not everyone has the same vision when wearing i think we can have a more modern and flashy look so it is not functional but also beautiful. thats is my opinion. I did not find it difficult to use only it is necessary to understand and use it correctly so that I have a good result.
