**What do you like best about Elto?**

Elto is a top class product and the team are super! in terms of both product and support. 

From a support side, as we were trialing  Elto, the support team, particularly Jagath and Vignesh were super helpful, quick to respond and easy to reach. Any time our team needed help or advice they were ready to jump on a call and that made the difference between Elto and all the other parallel dialer's we tried. 

As a tool, Elto outperformed any other parallel dialer by a mile. Super easy to use, intuitive, seamlessly integrates with all our current systems and feeds data to our CRM. For us, choosing Elto came down to the speed it connected the dialer with a prospect when parallel dialing compared to all the other tools we trialed. We were doing 6 dials at a time to start and our connect rates and conversation volumes increased by a huge amount from the very first day. 

The other parallel dialers we trialed didn't connect the dialer to the receiver for up to 10 seconds sometimes, far too slow -  by the time we could say hello they had already hung up, pretty much defeating the purpose of the parallel dialer as connect rates were v low.

We needed to increase call volume and conversation volume without having to increase the hours spent dialing on the phone so Elto means we increase call volume by dialing up to 10 people at once and only puts you through to answered calls. 
Saves so much time, significantly cutting down on dial time but increasing conversation volume by lots. also automated the calling process so you don't have to manually click throuugh each call.

**What do you like best about Elto?**

I love that Elto has made the process of calling large amounts of people as easy as possible. It has allowed me to take my efficiency to new heights and I have benefited massively from being able to reach out to many new people I would not have been able to contact regardless. Their support has been great in helping us get accustomed and comfortable when using the software and it has really helped move the needle for me with my sales.

**What do you dislike about Elto?**

My one issue with Elto is that I do wish I could automatically sync up notes with my current CRM, but it has to function as it's own system as of now to my knowledge.

**What problems is Elto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me sort through large lists of people and produce human connections very quickly. It also is very hands off once I start the dialing process.

**What do you like best about Elto?**

I’ve been through a number of parallel dialers, and I end up leaving them because of the time it takes to patch me into human calls; I lose conversations that I’d otherwise have because it takes too long to bridge me in.

Elto is by far the fastest at patching me into humans, and the first parallel dialer I’ve used that doesn’t have a tradeoff between the number of dials and the quality of the connects. 

The support is also top-notch; the team is ultra-responsive, and they added in a few features quickly based on feedback.

**What do you dislike about Elto?**

There’s nothing in particular that I strongly dislike about the product. Parallel dialers can have a bit of a learning curve, but that’s not specific to Elto over other dialers.

**What problems is Elto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elto makes it a lot faster for me to dial through long lists of leads and connect with prospects. I’d typically either click-to-dial and hit 20-30 leads an hour, or I’d use another parallel dialer and risk losing connects because of the lag time. Elto helps me get more connects & meetings, more quickly.

**What do you like best about Elto?**

Huge time saver. No more wasted time on unanswered calls, big leap in rep productivity for us.

The layout, setup & functionality is simple and straightforward. For an AI product it is low on AI gimmicks, which is refreshing.

The team are super responsive and attentive. We are based in the UK and you simply don't feel the time difference when you need support.

**What do you dislike about Elto?**

Not much in all honesty. We had a few minor teething problems initially on setup, but they were resolved in the same day.

**What problems is Elto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to increase outbound call numbers from our team but needed something that worked with Apollo. While there were options out there, they were expensive and had numerous features that we didn't need (and price tags to match).

We came across https://eltodialer.com when searching for a cheaper, more Apollo focused solution and after a couple of weeks of use we are already seeing the benefits of increased call numbers, time savings on the team and have booked a few deals using the dialer.

With more productive SDRs, we can scale but scale smarter.

**What do you like best about Elto?**

I am able to call through a list of 300+ contacts in an hour or two, whereas this would normally take me 4+ hours manually. Because 90% of these calls go to voicemail anyway, it takes out all the mundane, repetitiveness of manual dials and lets me focus on getting straight to real conversations.

**What do you dislike about Elto?**

I don't have much to complain about with Elto, but it does frequently connect me with voicemails instead of real pickups. With that being said, I would rather deal with this than long delays for legit pickups, which is an inevitable problem for most parallel dialers.

**What problems is Elto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elto is minimizing the inevitable time waste that comes with cold calling. Instead of listening to 50+ voicemail messages back-to-back, I can have Elto make dials and sift through voicemails for me, passing the baton back to me when someone actually picks up the phone.

**What do you like best about Elto?**

Elto is a super useful parallel dialer. You can dial between 1 and 9 numbers at the same time, and sort your prospects by all kinds of characteristics. As a first-time sales rep, it's been a lifesaver for me.

**What do you dislike about Elto?**

Occasionally there are glitches, but my company has direct communication with Elto and the two founders are always instantly ready to fix our issues.

**What problems is Elto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Elto, I'd have to dial every prospect in my list individually, which would take me hours. With Elto, I'm able to dial multiple numbers at once, saving me so much time (at least 10 hours a week I'm saving).

**What do you like best about Elto?**

The product is everything that I wanted it to be. I searched for a parallel dialer specifically to integrate with apollo. I was hoping for an easy to set up and to use software. We have a bunch of BDRs, so onboarding/training speed is important. 

Their parallel dialer did not disappoint. And the team is great too. They were quick to respond and to resolve all of my issues (turns out all of them were on my end -  but they were quick and patient in their response nonetheless).

**What do you dislike about Elto?**

nothing. It is great. one piece of feedback: hoping that it gets even better at detecting voicemails and skipping them (though some of them are understandably very hard to detect - given a long pause before the VM message)

**What problems is Elto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of enormous waste of time due to manual dialing. Our BDRs are 3-4x more productive. Sometimes that "x times more productive'' is exaggerated in marketing materials. But in this case, it truly is a game-changer.

**What do you like best about Elto?**

Elto helps you save a lot of time but also is very effective for executing your dials. it's easy to control how many parallel dials you want to do, as well as access different filters like company or locale.

**What do you dislike about Elto?**

The biggest drawback with Elto is sometimes there is a delay connecting you to the prospect. Usually, it's not enough to hinder the call, but that inital greeting may be affected.

Saving a lot of time, and being able to increase my volume of dials.

**What do you like best about Elto?**

I’ve demoed and/or used a number of different AI-driven parallel dialers. Some are more mature but pricey, while others are better defined as startups, but very functional and much more economical for the small business.
As a user of the Apollo.io sales engagement platform, I was looking for a parallel dialer that would natively integrate, and the Elto parallel dialer very much fit the bill. The integration was seamless, the support along the way from the Elto team has been top notch, (they are very responsive), the user interface is well designed, (I especially like that each call that gets answered, whether by a human or a voicemail system, gets initially transcribed, and the transcription starts immediately. If I’m dialing 4 numbers in parallel, and all four get answered by a voicemail system, I can see all four transcripts simultaneously. Very cool and, it turns out, very useful).
My main reason for choosing Elto was that it integrates with Apollo. However, I did try a different dialer for a short time prior to Elto, but had a negative experience that sent me back to looking at dialers again and to finding Elto. I’m glad that I did.

I've found nothing to dislike as of yet.

**What problems is Elto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As anyone who cold calls knows, live answer rates are in the low single digits, percentagage-wise. One way to get more live answers, and this have more converstations with your actual target audience, is to make more dials in a given amount of  time. By being able to make multiple dials in parallel, I speak to more prospects on every dialing session.

It was really easy to get started. I was able to connect to our Apollo.io account and start making dials right away. I now make 3 times the dials I used to be able to make in the same time period!

I don't dislike anything about Elto right now.

Getting started was a breeze. Most important is that our SDRs now make 3x the number of dials every day (300). Other than that, I also love the analytics Elto offers and the customer support is really incredible.

I was looking for a parallel dialer for my SDR team and wanted one that was full featured but allowed month-to-month pricing so we could test without risk of committing to something long term. I have been really impressed with the functionality of Elto and now it is a part of our outbound marketing tech stack.

The tool is realivity early to market but the team is super responsive and prioritizing requests.

We were spending too much time on the phone for too few connections. Elto solves that with its parallel dialer functionality.  Hubspot integration makes the workflow for making calls seamless.

I went through a list of 40+ contacts in less than 30 minutes. It would normally take me 3+ hours dialing one by one. Elto takes away the pain of cold calling!

We've used parallel dialers in the past -- they are fantastic activity boosts for our reps. But nothing like Elto comes close. Definitiely impressed by the way it handles voicemails, too.
