Our project manager Hanna and accompanying team members are present, consistent, and responsive. The team ensures there are regular meetings to discuss maintenance and website/ad impact, but also engages readily with larger projects to reconfigure parts of the site and provides realistic timelines. For these larger projects, the team, notably Christy, engages deeply with our staff to learn more about our needs, and is willing to pivot when things change. Our initial estimate was a fair bit lower than our final cost, due to some elements I thought Elevated Third would have considered when reviewing our website and code at the start. Though we wish the quote would have been more accurate beforehand, the team and final product lived up to the rest of our expectations and the price remained competitive.
