Our current lead dev with E3 has been around for a while, but aside from that, other developers and project managers have been a bit of a revolving door. That makes it tough to build a long-term working relationship and maintain a consistent understanding over time. **Recommendations to others considering Elevated Third:** Work with them and lean into the partnership. The team ensures there are regular meetings to discuss maintenance and website/ad impact, but also engages readily with larger projects to reconfigure parts of the site and provides realistic timelines. For these larger projects, the team, notably Christy, engages deeply with our staff to learn more about our needs, and is willing to pivot when things change. We also get quick responses for emergency needs on the website while working within their effective project management system. **What do you dislike about Elevated Third?** Our organization has engaged with Elevated Third for quite some time, and in the past had some inconsistency in timelines. However, this was many years ago now and we have nothing but positive feedback about the current Elevated Third! **Recommendations to others considering Elevated Third:** We would recommend working with E3 for any drupal-based project and deep dives into analytics/google ads. **What problems is Elevated Third solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organizational website is fairly out-of-date in terms of back-end functionality of our drupal site and front-end look and E3 is has been effective across the board. They assist our organization with health checks and maintenance but also significant projects that reconceptualize and reconfigure significant portions of the site that had not been ideally built when the site was first launched. Our site needs to be effective in communicating to varying constituents--from clients to press to community members--and the team has helped us in every aspect. In addition, the analytics assistance for our website as well as google ads implementation is incredibly beneficial to staff recruitment, website visitor traffic increase, and engagement on our site. ### 4. I felt very included in what was happening. **What do you dislike about Elevated Third?** Our initial estimate was a fair bit lower than our final cost, due to some elements I thought Elevated Third would have considered when reviewing our website and code at the start. Though we wish the quote would have been more accurate beforehand, the team and final product lived up to the rest of our expectations and the price remained competitive. **What problems is Elevated Third solving and how is that benefiting you?** My organization needed our website rebuilt in Drupal 10, since Drupal 7 was sunsetting. We chose Elevated Third for the project due to their previous experience in this capacity, their list of past clients, the fact that they are an Acquia partner, and for their competitive pricing. At the end of the process, we now have a new website which is not only nearly identical to our previous one in design (which is what we wanted), but also improved in many key areas from their recommendations.
