**Describe the project or task ELEKS helped with:**

It helped me to create a free facebook app which does not require data to use it. 
It only requires your phone to have a 3G/4G network and it operates perfectly. 

**What do you like best about ELEKS?**

Software engineers programs smartphone apps which are becoming the highest paid software engineersin the country.
In the field of software engineering the salaries are consistently at least 20% higher than in other areas of the job market. 

**What do you dislike about ELEKS?**

Technology is changing daily so as a software engineer you must continually update your skills which is expensive in terms of paying for the training. 
Software engineers lack job security compared to union and regular jobs. 
In other cases software engineers work for long hours without rest , some jobs require 24/7 so they work without resting. 

**Recommendations to others considering ELEKS:**

Software engineering is very rewarding and give you a sense of pride knowing you make the world go around. From the smartphone and tablets to tje satellites in space. Software is running the world and software engineers are the one who make it to work. So software engineering is the BEST. 

**What problems is ELEKS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skills that I have acquired from software engineering am using them to program computers of my organization and am also able to repair them when they breakdown and to me this helps us to minimize our budget on maintenance cost.

It alao helped in running network control systems.

It creates a way of making money through development of software products that are sold to customers.
It helps create computer games that helps in entertainment and for leisure activities.
It helps run network control systems.

**What do you dislike about ELEKS?**

It is limited to places with good power supply e.g while developing software products.
Some of its products could be addictive e.g computer games.

It is so nice to work with

Partnering with other interested parties to improve ideas and marketing of our products.
Making advertisements on social media to make our services widely known.
Selling our products with promotions in order to attract more customers.
