  ### 1. Many impressive features, but some evident growing pains

**Describe the project or task EiS Technologies helped with:**

We are currently implementing EiS Technologies' reporting software in our organization. It is intended to replace our previous reporting software, Noetix, to tie into our Oracle instance and provide reports to end users.

**What do you like best about EiS Technologies?**

Scheduling reports for delivery, and the ability to schedule on very specific days.
Better security around who can see what information than we previously had.
Results come back much faster than previous software.

**What do you dislike about EiS Technologies?**

No default parameter for "Last Month" on a date range for a report. This becomes an issue when customers want a report run at the beginning of each month for the previous month-- You can set up a date range for 1 - 30th or 1 - 31st, but either way it will not decrement correctly for a month with a different number of days. Frustrating.

Can be difficult to modify reports -- at least more difficult that reporting software I have worked with in the past. 

**Recommendations to others considering EiS Technologies:**

They really want to make their software work for your needs. Though they are still experiencing some growing pains, they are very willing to accommodate your needs.
