What do you like best about Einstein II?

The Einstein II platform has provided us better visibility and management of our both contract and supplemental workforce orders and positions. Transfering from a MSP environment has allowed us to have this much needed visibility and management. The build and implementation took about 6 months. The customer support has been stellar through the build, rollout and beyond. Features are great and they are open to evolving to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Einstein II?

Be prepared to have dedicated internal staffing to manage your orders and the lifecycle of the contract workforce. The load of work to manage this transfered from our contracted MSP agency to us. We were prepared, but it was a bit more than anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
