**What do you like best about Eggzack?**

We have used Eggzack for years - we currently use them for hosting our WordPress website and for serious website help. (Minor updates we do internally for the most part). They helped us transition from another platform with ease! They are also great teachers and have excelled in teaching our own staff how to manage situations and navigate the inner workings so we are empowered to make fixes ourselves and do not always need to call them.

**What do you dislike about Eggzack?**

They used to write blog content for us - which was not up to industry standard. Their expertise is really in the behind the scenes coding and management of a website and local presence - not in content. Your content should be your own.

**Recommendations to others considering Eggzack:**

If you are familiar with basic web design and WordPress, they do a great job with the heavy lifting! I simply write the blogs and make simple updates, but leave any system-wide updates or building interesting pages to them. In addition to hosting a WordPress site for you, they can host local business pages within their own software and manage just about all of your small tasks.

**What problems is Eggzack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing our local, online presence through a beautifully built website that has modern SEO, coding and functionality.
