Efectio’s mission is to offer an innovative tool based on science and data. We want to help employees become engaged in their company’s culture, realize their potential, and for organizations – to succeed thanks to a productive and happy workforce.
We believe that employee engagement is essential to any organization and needs to be addressed comprehensively. The Efectio platform motivates employees to learn important information about their company, set better goals, follow the team’s achievements, and get to know their colleagues better – promoting individual engagement in the organization and thus more excellent individual and overall productivity.
When developing the Efectio tool, we based it on gamification. Gamification turns content (that might otherwise seem boring) into something interactive and fun. This method encourages employees to behave in a way that managers would like to see more, by using human enthusiasm to engage in games. Efectio uses a reward system to help evaluate employees’ achievements and promote further progress. Gamification fosters our natural desire for rewards by encouraging the brain to release dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and enhance positive feelings.
