## About Efecte ITSM
Efecte ITSM is an easy-to-use tool for digitizing all IT processes included with ITIL and beyond. Efecte ITSM includes our comprehensive service management tool, which helps agents stay on top of tasks, requests, incidents, and more. All these tasks can be fully or partially automated using our included node-based workflow engine and other automations, allowing simple tasks or entire processes to be automated end-to-end. Agents and managers can easily stay on top of their work using role-defined views or by creating their own dashboards, kanban boards, or graphic views to make their daily work effortless. To boost end-user experiences, we include our multi-language self-service portal to help users quickly find relevant knowledge base articles, report issues, or make requests in a structured way. Organizations looking to take their services to the next level can easily incorporate a chatbot and live chat to eliminate time-consuming email chains.

**What do you like best about Efecte ITSM?**

It's a common platform to communicate with customer. So it protects from any miscommunication arising due to mail conversation and that is the best aspect of Efecte ITSM I like the most.

**What do you dislike about Efecte ITSM?**

Nothing to dislike. But report generation process can be improved.

**What problems is Efecte ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As earlier mentioned it's a common platform to communicate with customer and it is open to all team members. So in my absence anyone can check the old communication. But same is not possible when it comes to mail communication.
This saves the time required for communication and avoids any trouble arising due to mail communication.
