**What do you like best about eCS Platform?**

I like how the different department are organized in a "file" fashion and there are many different "files" to search for information. I like really like the "inactive" feature when searching for previous patients. 

**What do you dislike about eCS Platform?**

Since there are so many different ways to find information, sometimes it's difficult to find exactly what you're looking for. 

**What problems is eCS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone uses the same database which keeps everyone on the same page.
