I like being able to track the actual questions our customers might ask AI tools and see how our brand performs against those prompts. One thing I noticed was that the blogs generated through Siftly didn’t initially have a CTA built into them. We mentioned it to the team, and they were really quick to respond. They added the CTA functionality within a day, which was great to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Siftly is that it goes beyond just showing us where we stand in AI search and actually helps us take action. The ability to create blogs and keep our brand information consistent and up to date through the Knowledge Hub and Brand Kit is particularly useful. Initially, some of the images used in the blogs generated through Siftly didn’t always match our brand theme. We shared the feedback with the team, and they were very responsive in helping us fix it. The competitive visibility is probably my favorite part. It’s useful to see which brands are showing up alongside us in AI answers and understand where we’re gaining or losing visibility compared to competitors. One thing I noticed is that Siftly does require some level of expertise to fully understand the platform and some of the terminology used.
