Since starting my new role in purchasing I have been using EazyStock almost daily. It's an easy system to navigate and should I have any queries the customer support team is always responsive and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I haven't found anything negative about the system. When initially finding the amount of information given overwhelming, I was shown that you can amend this to show what's relevant to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EazyStock looks at each item on a personal level and monitors the changes in demand and alters your forecast accordingly, something which we struggled with before as we have over 4,000 SKUs. One of our main issues was the time-consuming ordering process from Excel to our ERP, which is now automated, saving our team time so we can become planners instead of inputters. Dynamic lead time is great as it takes into account the real-life lead times for every product, so orders are being forecasted for the most accurate lead time.

The support we have received from the EazyStock team, especially Cristina, is second to none, starting with great training on the system making sure we all understand, to when we are actively ordering using the system having monthly check-ins and emails are always answered promptly for any questions we have. What I like best from EazyStock is that it is like an ongoing project and you constantly work together for what is best for your business to grow using the system. The only thing we struggled with when starting using EazyStock was the different terminology used for the demand type, such as our best seller was classed as erratic when we class it as fast. Our forecasting tool is a powerful, data-driven solution designed to generate accurate and actionable predictions.

Reports out of Eazy Stock have been so valuable, having a risk of run out report has been my highlight!

We use Eazystock day to day as part of our purchasing process, It has sped up day to day purchasing activity and has a huge number of features to guide and support the purchase team when reaching a decision on what and when to purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to look up stock items to find box quantities quickly.

The EazyStock team were and continue to be very helpful in setup, implemention and continued improvements. It has reduced the time spent placing POs by at least 50%, and given the whole business more confident that we are making intelligent decisions. The sotftware is easy to use and intuitive.
