**What do you like best about EazyBI Cloud?**

Self-service business intelligence application that enables data drag & drop, charting, uploaded data analysis, and reporting. EazyBI is a powerful report, chart, and dashboard app for Jira. It is an easy-to-use drag-and-drop tool for analyzing and visualizing your Jira issues data.

**What do you dislike about EazyBI Cloud?**

Nothing to dislike with whatever features I have worked on with EazyBi

**Recommendations to others considering EazyBI Cloud:**

Upgrades can be bit more faster. This will help in producing the statistics in a better way to the management.

**What problems is EazyBI Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eazyBI also supports Jira Software (Agile) custom fields (Sprint, Epic and Story Points), Jira Service Desk custom fields (with SLA metrics), Tempo Timesheets custom fields and worklog attributes, Zephyr, Xray, and Adaptavist test management, and Profields data.

Very easy to use, intuitive, easy to pull Jira data.

**What do you dislike about EazyBI Cloud?**

Interface isn't as smooth as Power Bi from Microsoft.

**What problems is EazyBI Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this to provide analytical insights into scrum teams' performance to leadership.
