- company flexibility to make changes
- Based in Canada
- Cloud based

**What do you dislike about eAwards?**

- databases that are currently not integrated into one
- quality control of changes (bugs are often introduced)

The software is very efficient. Customer support is very efficient.

The offline option could use a little bit of improvement.

Reduction of administrative work that would otherwise need to be completed.
