Too many to count. Lately I've been following ET's instructions to put the payment due date on the invoice, but still late. Translators relation: It was at times difficult to get a good relation and quick communication with translators. Although we had direct connection with the same translators it took a while to get them to our product's context and syntax, follow our glossary and keep consistency. We expected quality checks to be applied at early point, but our internal reviewers had to do a lot of editing and communication.
