What really stood out to me was thair human customer support. I mean? with all the AI chat bots everywhere these days, that kinda thing really matters more than ever. I usually hire freelancers from CIS for my side projects, and it's super convinient to handle everything through them (and I even reffered some businesses to Easystaff!). Easystaff turned out much easier in terms of paperwork and fees. I'm on the 10% plan (though there's a few options), which fits just fine for me. Tried paying via crypto once (I sent fiat, freelancer got crypto). Surprisingly, it went smooth! Big thanks to my personal manager Ivan, he's been suuuper helpful at every step. It's no big deal, but honestly Easystaff should maybe work a bit on the freelancer onboarding part. There's just too much bank-n-forth every time I bring someone new on board. "I’m a founder and my team is now 100% remote. I thought I will rely on things like paypal or even direct bank transfers but payroll really was the biggest problem of all. Each payment was took 30 min plus double checking plus chats with people and still no guarantee payment will go be delivered. For me and my super small team, this workload was just too much time spent on admin. But then I was recommended Easystaff Payroll and everything just went so much faster. The longest task is to onboard a freelancer, the rest is super fast. It is still routine but it is just so much faster and easier.

And of course documentation is automatic which is just an amazing advantage and another problem I didn’t see in the beginning. And it is crypto. Some people from Asia wanted crypto and I didn’t want to spend my own crypto for an essentially business/payroll operation, so I am glad Easystaff payroll changes that.

For me, Easystaff was truly the discovery of 2025. It was a relief to find a solution like this for sending payments and getting paid globally. At first, my main challenge was finding a platform with clear, transparent rates. With other platforms—especially the bigger companies—costs can add up quickly, and they end up making my micro-payments not worth it.

Easystaff’s threshold is $10, which has made it much easier for me to send smaller payments without feeling like fees are eating everything. The second big point for me is the quality/price ratio. I really like the variety of payment options. In one case, we had a freelancer who wanted to be paid in crypto: we paid in fiat money, and they received a crypto payment by directing the money to their crypto wallet. It removes so much hassle, which I absolutely love.

Lastly, Easystaff can direct payments on its own. I do a bulk balance top-up, and the platform sends money to specific freelancers. I think they could add scheduled payments. Some freelancers we work with are paid regularly for website troubleshooting, and it’s a fixed monthly amount. If easystaff supported regular paycheck issuance, that would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My experience with this service is limited for now, I started using it several months ago. But I’m satisfied that the payments are made on time and in full. My business is in Europe and some people are in CIS, and bank transfers are expensive.

The process of paying in EUR and converting this to RUB according to today's FX rate is simply cumbersome, especially as bank transfers are no longer completed during the same business day. Commissions need to be taken into accounts before making the gross payment, and if you are unlucky, the FX rate is to your disadvantage once the money has arrived, forcing you either to top the balance again, again causing at least one day of delay in the payments, or recalculate the payments in RUB for the staff (and obviously, not nice to lower the wages on the run, as they have already seen the previous calculations). Commissions are also the highest I have encountered since the crisis in the Ukraine began, and actually the highest all time, as in the past a simple bank transfer would do. What I like most about EasyStaff Payroll is how comprehensive and future-oriented the platform is. It combines ease of use with a strong set of features, making payroll management efficient, reliable, and scalable as the business grows. The system feels well thought out and continuously improving. I absolutely love how little it takes to get onboard with easystaff. While I get the same level of commitment and service, I can only use it when I need it. No long-term commitment, no subscription fees, all is on demand. I hire occasionally, maybe once a month, and easystaff works 100% for this pattern of contractor partnership. I tend to hire from CIS primarily, and there has not been a problem yet. all payments came on time and in full. I also want to outline the level of customer support. its limit may be that it only works on working hours.
