For me, Easystaff was truly the discovery of 2025. It was a relief to find a solution like this for sending payments and getting paid globally. At first, my main challenge was finding a platform with clear, transparent rates. With other platforms—especially the bigger companies—costs can add up quickly, and they end up making my micro-payments not worth it. Easystaff’s threshold is $10, which has made it much easier for me to send smaller payments without feeling like fees are eating everything. The second big point for me is the quality/price ratio. I really like the variety of payment options. In one case, we had a freelancer who wanted to be paid in crypto: we paid in fiat money, and they received a crypto payment by directing the money to their crypto wallet. It removes so much hassle, which I absolutely love. Lastly, Easystaff can direct payments on its own. I do a bulk balance top-up, and the platform sends money to specific freelancers. I still have to manually onboard freelancers and set up tasks for them, but the actual invoicing and paperwork are handled automatically.
