"I absolutely love EasyRoutes for our bakery's delivery services!"
What do you like best about EasyRoutes?

EasyRoutes has a fantastic interface that is intuitive to use. It also has a great customer support team that is always happy to assist and fast at replying. I particularly love the Address Book feature where I can quickly import stop info for repeat stops that our bakery routes use frequently! I also love the fact EasyRoutes integrates with Google Maps and predicts traffic flow accurately and makes routing complex routes easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyRoutes?

The address book feature is still relatively new so it occasionally has glitches, but whenever this happens I reach out to the customer service team and they are quick to fix it. I do hope they expand on this feature more because I do spend some time on repetitive tasks (like reformatting repeat stops every day) but have submitted a solution to the team, so hopefully they implement a solution soon! "Perfect Integration and Extraordinary Support"
What do you like best about EasyRoutes?

I have been using EasyRoutes for about 3 or 4 months, integrated with Shopify to manage my company's B2C orders, and I am very satisfied with its performance. The seamless integration with Shopify effectively solves the problem of route management, significantly reducing work time and minimizing errors, which has been crucial given that our order volume has doubled in recent months. I find the software setup extremely easy thanks to the intelligently trained chat guide and the fast and efficient support, both human and AI. I am impressed by the flexibility it offers by allowing the addition of stops with different tasks, editing routes on the go, and managing optimal communication with customers through efficient notifications. Another notable feature is that when marking an order as delivered, it automatically closes in Shopify, something that previously required manual management in two applications. Additionally, I greatly value the ability to easily add more seats and active drivers, and to transfer points from one route to another. Overall, the design of EasyRoutes is very well thought out and its functionality is fully optimized for Shopify users. I have already recommended the platform, giving it a perfect rating of 10. What do you dislike about EasyRoutes?

I don't like having to turn on and off the active drivers and seats all the time to do the proportional charging. I would love it to be more flexible, like having a pool of seats and drivers and being effectively charged by usage, like per day of route for each number of seats. I would love for the drivers to be able to see the app in Spanish, but the language isn't a problem either, it would be a "nice to have." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Delivery and Fulfillment Management"
What do you like best about EasyRoutes?

I have been using EasyRoutes for over five months, and it has been highly effective in fulfilling orders from my web store. I found EasyRoutes on the Shopify App Store, and among the various options, it fit my needs and expectations perfectly. The setup process was straightforward, with excellent support from the company, which addressed all the aspects I had in mind. They guided us well, and even though some parts were initially challenging to understand, we managed to figure everything out smoothly within a couple of days. One of the things I appreciate most is gaining better control over my delivery fulfillment and being able to collect proof of delivery. This feature enables my customers to see the truck's location as it approaches their area, which adds transparency to my service. I've also been able to eliminate a significant amount of manual work that previously required setting up everything for drivers via WhatsApp. Now, everything is integrated within one app, making it easier to use, saving time, and reducing errors. The features I find most useful include setting growth, driver tracking, and collecting proof of delivery. Notably, EasyRoutes' speed of reaction is commendable, as they intelligently address any issues promptly. The user interface is very user-friendly, and they continually upgrade and improve the product. These aspects make me highly likely to use EasyRoutes again in the future. What do you dislike about EasyRoutes?

I would love to have an ability to attach images or invoices for drivers within EasyRoutes so they can better understand what they need to do. What do you like best about EasyRoutes?

I have been using EasyRoutes for close to four years now, and it has become an integral part of my small business operations. I appreciate its user-friendly interface and the ease of setup, which truly aligns with its name. Before EasyRoutes, I was managing delivery routes manually, which was incredibly time-consuming. Now, EasyRoutes automatically integrates with my Shopify store and generates delivery routes based on order parameters. This automation has been a game changer, saving me countless hours and significantly improving my scheduling efficiency. I also love the automated workflows that allow me to input postcodes and generate delivery runs effortlessly. Additionally, the system notifies customers on delivery day, providing them with a professional experience that includes real-time tracking and proof of delivery. What do you like best about EasyRoutes?

EasyRoutes makes planning a route for my delivery business simple and easy. It takes less than a couple of minutes to plan and dispatch the day's route. I can see my inventory for what I need to load into the van on my laptop or on the app where my delivery driver can load it. They have always responded quickly any time that I have had any questions.
