Service is not cheap by any means, and they are very stingy with regards to how many domains you can monitor with a single account. In an age where we all own multiple domains, even for a single-site business, limiting packages to only 1 or 2 domains is crippling, especially for freelancers like myself who need to monitor dozens of domains. Former review: EasyDMARC is an amazing solution. As someone who owns a business, with limited tech knowledge, I've struggled to manage hosted solutions and IT vendor requests. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first to get used to a new interface, but the customer service agents are extremely helpful in providing written guides and troubleshooting. Like most services these days, you can't just pick up a phone whenever you want and reach a customer service agent. But they are very responsive via email to paid subscribers and even will help you implement an enterprise-level trial before you decide to subscribe. Excellent customer service.
