The reports helped me identify and resolve serious spoofing issues affecting my domain. Over nearly two years, I've systematically strengthened my security from basic to enterprise-grade. The Managed DMARC feature deserves special mention: it allows rapid policy adjustments directly from the platform through a single DNS record, eliminating constant manual DNS modifications. While my overall experience has been excellent, I did encounter some bugs in the Email Investigation tool, specifically with DKIM key verification and SPF/DKIM alignment mode display (showing "relaxed" when configured as "strict"). Although the technical team acknowledged the issue and escalated it to development, the bug remains unresolved as of this review. However, I should emphasize that the support team's response was exemplary—they thoroughly investigated the problem, confirmed my configuration was correct, and kept me informed throughout the process.
