**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

I use EasyComp to manage our commission payouts, and I love that it automates comp plan management and commission payouts. I don't have to manually figure out commissions from spreadsheets anymore. It's very easy to use, allowing me to make comp plan changes without hassle, and it's also easy for my reps to use. The system tracks all changes, and commission calculations are accurate, so I don't have to double and triple-check anything. It has saved me so much time, especially since we like to frequently change comp plans to keep things exciting in the sales department. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, and we were up and running in just two weeks.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

I liked everything about EasyComp.  There really isn't anything I don't like.

EasyComp automates comp plan management, eliminating manual commission calculations. It saves me time, tracks changes, ensures accuracy, and simplifies frequent comp plan updates, creating excitement in sales.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

I really appreciate how EasyComp has eliminated manual work and improved commission management. It's so easy to use, thanks to the AI features that allow me to run an audit in minutes, pull reports in seconds, and build dashboards using natural language prompts. I love that I can draft an audit report based on specific payouts quickly, as it used to take me hours. The integration with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Claude Cowork makes my workflow smooth. Also, the initial setup was remarkably easy, with all our comp plans and reps implemented in just three weeks.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

I felt like the AI components weren't as easy for me to use right away. I wasn't super proficient in AI before using EasyComp so I needed to train myself so I could really utilize the system to its full potential. I wasn't used to prompting AI so I didn't know how to speak to it.

**What problems is EasyComp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use EasyComp to eliminate manual work, streamline commission management, and ensure payout transparency. The AI features, like running audits and generating reports quickly, save me hours. It also reduces questions from reps and integrates well with other tools.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

The EasyComp team is very knowledgeable about sales compensation and gave us great advice on how to set up our sales commission plans even before implementation started. We had been struggling to calculate and track commissions in Excel, so I was surprised that within about a couple of weeks we were live on EasyComp, and our commission tracking and payouts process is now super smooth.

EasyComp has also been very proactive with support, flagging areas where we needed to watch for potential issues (for example, our invoice setup wasn’t properly configured). We also switched CRMs about a month after we started using EasyComp, and they moved the CRM integration extremely fast and without any issues.

If you’re looking for commission software to replace spreadsheets, EasyComp made our process faster and far easier to manage. Overall, I’m really impressed with how much easier commissions are to manage now—and with the increase in morale on our sales team thanks to the clear breakdown they now have around their payouts.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

EasyComp’s  integrates with SalesForce (our current CRM) very easily, and exports cleanly to Excel and PowerPoint, which makes it easy to analyze commission data and build reports and business reviews outside their dashboards. The main downside is that they don’t yet offer a payroll integration (i.e., an automatic sync for commission payouts to payroll), so we download files for review by our accounting team and then upload to the payroll system.

**What problems is EasyComp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calculations in Excel were very time-consuming, and our analyst was making mistakes that affected the morale of the sales team and the company’s bottom line. Somehow, we always ended up overpaying. With EasyComp, the payouts are clear, and the errors are gone.

The EasyComp team are true experts in variable compensation. They clearly understand the key levers and know how to incorporate the CRM seamlessly into their platform. I also love that commissions are no longer tied to spreadsheets.

There is very little I dislike about EasyComp. Past software limitations (ability for a sales manager to view the tool as their direct report) have been addressed and enhanced.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

The standout feature is how quickly we got up and running. Where other vendors quoted 4-month implementations, EasyComp had us live in just 2 weeks. Their team was incredibly proactive throughout the process, working alongside us rather than just handing over software and disappearing. They've become true partners – responsive when we need help and genuinely invested in our success. The platform itself handles incentive calculation really well, which is exactly what we needed most.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

As a startup, EasyComp is still building out their full feature set. Right now they're primarily focused on incentive calculation (ICM), and some modules like quota management are still in development. If you need a complete end-to-end sales performance management suite with every bell and whistle available today, you may need to wait for some of those capabilities to be released.

**What problems is EasyComp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales compensation plans used to be a real nightmare to calculate, and especially for the salesperson to understand their own plan and how much they were going to earn in each period; now everything is simpler and self-managed by the salesperson.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

I really like EasyComp's user interface. It's very easy to use and it includes everything you need in a compensation tool. The integration with Salesforce is fantastic because it's on a two-hour sync, meaning that whenever reps close deals, they can see exactly how much they've been paid that same day. The live attainment feeds are great, providing visibility for management to track team performance throughout the year. Their team is excellent and provides a kind of white glove treatment, always available and willing to help in any way they can. The initial setup was incredibly easy. We sat down with them for scoping and configuration, and everything was quick and smooth. Working very closely with our IT and biz ops teams, we ensured Salesforce access, and since then, it's been smooth sailing.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

Right now, I think one of the biggest missing pieces is just making sure that we've built in properly the multi currencies that we are paying sales reps in. Right now everything's in USD, so we just have to convert that over.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

I find EasyComp really helpful for managing our BDR team because it gives reps visibility into their goals, compensation, and performance without needing to go to ops or finance for updates. I like the visibility it provides BDRs into their performance and compensation, as it helps reps stay focused and motivated by allowing them to see how their work connects to their compensation. It's an easy-to-use tool that boosts motivation because they can see how their good actions get rewarded, and I don't have to do any manual work anymore. The initial setup was easy, and I switched from using Excel to EasyComp. I love it and would rate it a 10 for recommending to others.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

I'd love to see more BDR specific reporting and coaching views. Ways to compare activity, quote progress and payout trends across the team.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

I really like that EasyComp is very easy to use. I don't have to worry about tracking everything in spreadsheets anymore. It allows my brokers to log in and see the commission they will be getting paid, which eliminates the calls from brokers asking about commission since they can just login and see the amount they'll get paid. The initial setup was very easy too, as I just gave them the comp plans and the system was implemented within two weeks.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

Maybe giving me AI prompts to build dashboards. I'm new to using AI so it would be helpful if there were prompts for successful AI communication with the system to build dashboards for myself and reps.

**What problems is EasyComp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EasyComp manages all my sales commissions, removing my manual work. It's easy to use, eliminates calls from brokers, and allows them to log in to see their commission.

I run a consulting business where compensation depends on both contracts signed and invoice payments. Before EasyComp, it was difficult for the team to see exactly how their pay was calculated. EasyComp handles our different payout types and explains the calculations clearly, which has eliminated errors.

I’ve used other vendors in the past and expected implementation to take a couple of months, but EasyComp got us up and running in under two weeks.

So far, we haven’t run into any gaps with EasyComp. I’ve seen other tools with a broader feature set, but we haven’t felt limited—EasyComp meets our needs and has been smooth to operate. The team loves it.

EasyComp is solving two main problems for our business: (1) EasyComp addresses the complexity of our compensation structure. Since our team's pay depends on both contracts signed and invoice payments, calculations can get complicated. Before EasyComp, our team couldn't easily see how their pay was determined, which created confusion and led to errors. EasyComp now handles these different payout types and provides clear explanations of the calculations, which has completely eliminated those errors and given our team transparency into their earnings. (2) it also solves the implementation challenge we've experienced with other vendors. In the past, getting compensation systems set up took months, but EasyComp had us fully operational in under two weeks. This quick turnaround meant we could start benefiting from the system almost immediately rather than dealing with a lengthy transition period.

The key benefits are improved transparency for our team, error-free calculations, and a dramatically faster implementation than we've experienced before.

Ease of use is number 1.  However, visibility into my variable compensation as the deals flow is a very close 2nd.  Further, having my compensation plan integrated into the platform makes modeling variable comp easier

I'm pleased with the EasyComp platform.  The real time commission data is is not day/hour or min by min but EasyComp does poll our finance system regularly.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

EasyComp strikes an effective balance between end-user simplicity and structural rigor. While I haven’t used Exactly, my impression is that its strength in structure and scalability comes with added complexity for end users. On the other end of the spectrum, tools like CaptivateIQ and Spiff often feel like enhanced spreadsheets, where users eventually run into the same challenges as spreadsheets themselves—managing formulas, QA’ing logic, and dealing with nested or brittle calculations.

EasyComp provides a strong middle ground: it’s intuitive and lightweight to implement, while still offering a solid foundation and the right level of structure to scale confidently.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

With the caveat that it’s been a couple of quarters since I last used EasyComp (so this may have changed), the admin side of the platform was missing some self-service administration features. As a smaller team, EasyComp was very responsive and helpful in handling administrative tasks on their end. That said, I would have preferred more autonomy and control to manage the tool directly without relying on backend support.

EasyComp saves me both time and peace of mind. It does this by calculating commissions in real time, clearly displaying results to sales reps so they can track performance and understand exactly how their pay is calculated, and maintaining a clear, version-controlled calculation process that makes it easy to identify and correct any errors.

EasyComp gives us unmatched flexibility to customize commissions for every rep; even with highly individualized and exception-heavy plans. The implementation was flawless, from requirements gathering to go-live in under a month. What impressed me most though, was the leadership team: their execution, service, and customer support have been exceptional. I didn’t realize their depth of expertise at first, but it quickly became clear we were working with the best of the best. EasyComp treated Alkira like a top priority from day one.

**What do you dislike about EasyComp?**

My only regret is that EasyComp didn’t exist sooner. Before implementing it, finance team, sales reps, and I spent countless hours each week wrestling with commission issues.  Since adopting EasyComp, we’ve gained back that time, improved accuracy, and built more confidence with our sales reps thanks to faster, more reliable payouts.

**What problems is EasyComp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EasyComp has taken the complexity and headaches out of managing commissions for a growing sales team. We have highly individualized comp plans with frequent exceptions, and before EasyComp I was spending hours each week untangling disputes, going back and forth between numerous team members, and answering payout questions. The platform automates all of that, giving reps confidence that payouts are accurate and on time while freeing me up to focus on higher-priority initiatives. Very easy to implement and integrate with existing systems. Very easy to learn and operate, with a clean and simple UI. Customer support second to none - the team is very helpful and quick to turn around specific feature requests.

Simple administration and reporting of complex sales compensation plans. It saves me tons of time, helps us scale our ops functions and serves as a reliable system of record and reporting system.

**What do you like best about EasyComp?**

Smooth integration with CRM for real time commission result with easy understand user interface for both the users and admin. Implementation is fairly quick with strong support.
