EasyComp gives us unmatched flexibility to customize commissions for every rep; even with highly individualized and exception-heavy plans. The implementation was flawless, from requirements gathering to go-live in under a month. What impressed me most though, was the leadership team: their execution, service, and customer support have been exceptional. I didn’t realize their depth of expertise at first, but it quickly became clear we were working with the best of the best. EasyComp treated Alkira like a top priority from day one. My only regret is that EasyComp didn’t exist sooner. Before implementing it, finance team, sales reps, and I spent countless hours each week wrestling with commission issues. Since adopting EasyComp, we’ve gained back that time, improved accuracy, and built more confidence with our sales reps thanks to faster, more reliable payouts.
