**What do you like best about Easy Rides?**

The ease of use with this software. Support is fantastic and responsive. The software is straightforward and easy to learn. The available database reports make ride reporting and billing much easier to handle. Although we don't use the feature, the available GPS tracking helps dispatch rides on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Easy Rides?**

There really isn't anything I dislike. Any time we have issues, it gets resolved quickly.

**What problems is Easy Rides solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EasyRides has allowed us to quickly add, change, and adjust service as our needs change both with our contracts and with the current state of the nation. The ability to create and change our databases has allowed the easy addition of new contracts and services for our clients.
