They handle customers well up until the refund policy comes into play, after which their attitude becomes less professional and try to kick out early supporters from lifetime deal. **What do you dislike about Easify App?** Beyond the technical instability, the company’s treatment of AppSumo lifetime users is concerning: for support asking for $100 per month. • Sudden Credit Loss: Without any notice, over 37,000 of my accumulated credits were wiped from my account, with support suddenly enforcing a "no rollover" policy after months of operation. • Support Issues: Support was fragmented, slow, and often unhelpful, making it clear that AppSumo users are treated as "second-class" compared to other customer segments. • Reliability: They made the product simply not stable enough to run a business. I ended up having to transition away from the tool entirely because the service was too unreliable for critical marketing operations. Forcing lifetime users to stop use the product. **What problems is Easify App solving and how is that benefiting you?** My experience has been a nightmare AFTER REFUND WINDOW. I have faced repeated service outages where my business phone numbers were completely disconnected—not just once, but multiple times. Because these numbers were the primary call-to-action for my active Google Ads and marketing campaigns, this downtime directly caused significant financial losses and wasted advertising spend. Almost 6 month no service. ### 2.
