eRecruiter is an excellent tool for managing recruitment processes. In a simple, intuitive way, it ensures the secure storage of candidate data, their evaluations, communication with them, as well as sharing notes with other members of the recruitment team. It is a helpful tool, especially for companies with a dispersed structure and many people responsible for recruitment, as it is a reliable place for managing applications, marking recruitment stages, and downloading reports. We value this tool primarily for its intuitiveness and simplicity of operation – we can quickly and easily find a candidate. It helps organize information about candidates and also saves our time, thanks to many functions for filtering selected information and marking individual recruitment stages. What do you like best about eRecruiter?

eRecruiter is the best tool for managing the recruitment process that I have worked with so far. Its operation is intuitive, and its functionalities greatly facilitate recruitment processes from the publication of the advertisement, through ongoing work with applications, to feedback for candidates. Importantly, it is a tool that is easy to use not only for me but also for all hiring managers, who often are not as familiar with recruitment systems as I am.

What do you like best about eRecruiter?

The eRecruiter system provides us with full support for the recruitment process. The clear interface deserves praise, as it facilitates our work with consents and clauses, which helps us comply with GDPR. The system allows us to set the data processing time to one that is compliant with the uploaded clause. The system also provides us with a solution for managing the employee referral program, which has allowed us to simplify and optimize this process. Customer support is very extensive, we can always count on help, our comments are listened to attentively, and if possible, changes and improvements to the system itself are also implemented. What do you dislike about eRecruiter?

I really like using eRecruiter, however, a significant difficulty is reporting passive Candidates with whom we are in contact but do not have their CVs. The system does not allow for easy management of these contacts, which is why it may be somewhat less useful for companies that rely mainly on direct search. What do you like best about eRecruiter?

A candidate selection system that is very well refined, with eRecruiter support and a client advisor always ready to help and open to introducing conveniences. I can no longer imagine recruitment without eRecruiter - an organized candidate database, recruitment forms, GDPR security, the ability to publish job advertisements, communication with candidates, and many other useful features that we use.
