## About E-Phorm Tax
E-Phorm Tax is a Canadian tax intake and client management platform built for accounting firms handling the T1's. Most tax teams spend the first weeks of every filing season chasing clients for documents via email, collecting attachments without structure, and manually organizing everything before the real accounting work can start. E-Phorm Tax replaces that with a guided client portal where clients log in, complete an 8-section structured tax intake, upload their documents, and submit. Accountants see every client's status in real time, know exactly what has been submitted and what is still missing, and start working from a complete, organized file. The platform supports multi-year filing, spouse and partner forms, role-based access for admins, accountants, and clients, and secure document management with encrypted storage. Three AI features are built in: a CRA guidance chatbot that answers Canadian tax questions using the client's actual form data for context, AI Review Questions that automatically flag year-over-year changes a client has not explained, and an AI Analyze tool that scans message threads to surface unanswered accountant questions before they get missed. E-Phorm Tax is built specifically for Canadian CPAs and tax firms. The client does the intake. You do the accounting.

- manage tax accountants and transfer clients in between
