I feel so much more confident in my ability to make data driven decisions around marketing spend or strategy, and am able to easily back up my recommendations with the data I need. We had to prioritize only critical work, likely leaving behind new opportunities that would have been uncovered in lower priority analyses. Now, we have no limitations to the number and types of analyses we can perform and are able to prioritize our analyst's time only on larger, more complex and critical analyses and reporting. I love getting to ask data questions without disturbing the rest of my team or hunting down the multiple dashboards and platforms myself. I use Cue daily (hourly?) to form better hypotheses and context that I can bring into conversations around marketing performance. Integration and implementation were easy, support is fantastic. The interface is conversational and straightforward. I love how Cue "shows its work" with status updates during pulls and descriptions of which data fields it pulled and other parameters. This helps me make sure the query I gave it was the right one. More often than not I take Cue up on one of the follow-up suggestions after an initial query. What do you dislike about Cue? Depending on the size of your company, I'd say you need to define who the user is going to be otherwise you won't get team adoption. This is an analysis tool that cleans data and then gives insights, but it only transforms your company if you get people to understand how far they can get with questions they never thought to ask before.
