Dynamic Yield has been my favorite platform for A/B testing and personalization. The platform is both easy to use and powerful. We use it to test content, user flows, webpage design, product recommendations and more. Additionally, the support is incredible! CSMs and TAMs are great to work with on strategy and technical questions. The support team has also always been able to answer questions or resolve any issues. Dynamic Yield is a an incredible platform and company that I and my team are thrilled to work with. The platform is very user-friendly and, well, dynamic! There is such a wide variety of campaigns and tests you can run to create truly personalized experiences for your users— from intuitive recommendations driven by user behaviors, to email capture pop up modals, to popularity badges you can add to your PLPs, and so much more. We even place and schedule much of our sale content using DY. And the templates are super flexible— allowing you to hop in and change copy, imagery, colors, and the actual HTML, CSS and JS. It's easy to create your own custom templates, too. Our teammates at DY are awesome and feel like they're directly part of our team here at Avery— from the CSMs to the TAMs to the Support teammates we've working with over the years! They provide brilliant ideas, don't hesitate to challenge our thinking with new perspectives, and intently listen to our questions and concerns. Our CSM Hannah Solmor is amazing! She is constantly coming up with new ideas for testing, providing feedback on campaigns I'm drafting, and analyzing active campaigns for learnings or next phase ideas. We meet on a bi-weekly basis to go over any questions I have, discuss improvements and new approaches, and brainstorm together. (One of my favorite meetings!) She's been so helpful in providing additional resources to me and my wider team as well and I've even found that she's already thought of something I need before I even think to ask for it! Hannah is a true partner in our program and is genuinely invested in our success in all that she does! Overall, DY is an incredibly intuitive tool with brilliant minds behind it and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start a personalization program or switch to a new, more robust platform for personalization! Managing a personalization program in any platform is incredibly complex, especially as it grows and expands beyond essential A/B testing into creating truly personalized experiences. So naturally, it can become difficult to keep track of old campaigns, events, strategies, and new needs for your data feeds. While we work closely with our DY teammates to manage each of these and do a great job of it, it would be great if there were additional tools built into the platform that can further assist us in our campaign audits, help us keep better historic track of the changes we've decided to make on individual campaigns and why we made them, and support us in keeping true to our overall strategic approach. I'd like to see an area added to the platform where we can outline our overarching program strategies and perhaps even a project management feature to help us keep track of action items in DY itself. How amazing our Customer Success Team Lead is! I've said this before to and I'll say it again - hands down the most involved team who genuinely care about our program success. They've been curcial in the growth of our personalization strategy in guiding our best practices and providing insights on how to keep improving our personalization strategy on site. Also love how easy it is to learn and use the platform - other personalization tools I've used in previous work experience would require our teams to build out the CSS and code of the experience we wanted to set up/use. With DY, they have so many templates ready and available to use without having to set up custom templates!
