Dwel - Time in Status for Jira Reviews & Product Details

Dwel is a Jira Cloud app that reports how long each issue sat in every status and with every assignee, plus cycle time, lead time and status ageing across status groups you define. It has eight reports (Time in Status, Time per Assignee, Cycle and Lead Time, Status Count, Transition Count, Trend, Status Ageing, Status Entrance Date), filtered by project, issue type, status, assignee or JQL and aggregated by average, median, P85, P95 or sum. Every figure can be audited: click a duration to see the changelog transitions behind it, with entry and exit timestamps and the assignee at each entry. Business calendars support working hours, timezones and holidays, and every duration shows its unit. Includes four charts, a dashboard gadget, and CSV, Markdown and PNG exports. Dwel is a pure Forge app with no outbound network requests, so Jira data never leaves Atlassian's infrastructure. Free up to 10 users.
