**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Some quality of life updates could be used for some widgets (ex. not having to individually hide button on all items in the new media slider widget). But as mentioned before, Duda is constantly updating and adding new features, so I'm updates like these are inevitable.

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda has been a game changer for my career. The platform is powerful, easy to use, and constantly improving. The design tools are regularly updated with meaningful new features that help me build better websites and deliver stronger results for my clients. It strikes the right balance between flexibility and efficiency, which gives me confidence when launching and managing multiple projects.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Like any platform, there are occasional limitations depending on the complexity of a project, and some advanced customizations require workarounds. That said, the team continues to improve the product, and most limitations have become less of an issue over time as new features roll out.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda helped me transition from working for other marketing companies to confidently running my own web design agency. It simplifies site management, speeds up production, and makes it easy to scale. The platform allows me to deliver professional, high-performing websites efficiently while focusing more on growing my business. I also appreciate the strong community around Duda — especially the Facebook groups — where designers collaborate, share ideas, and support each other in building better websites.

  ### 6. Excellent Development Platform for Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan D. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Rapid deployment of sites, ease of use, advanced enough that we can code in anything we need while also being user friendly enough to turn over to client without any confusion on their end, excellent support team.

Our Maintenance team is also enjoying less emergency server maintenance as we have migrated many Wordpress sites off of servers and onto the Duda platform. The added stability allows them to focus on more productive and valuable projects.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Duda is the best we have ever used--and we have used them all. There is just not much to dislike with this software. It is head and shoulders above the competition.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We cater to many small businesses. Typically small business are in the market for more custom and niche website builds and Duda allows us to create for them with ease. Major benefits we have profited from in using Duda would be greater speed of development, faster response times to client requests, simplified development and reduction in maintenance costs over other platforms we have used previously.

The added efficiency has allowed our team to scale our workload significantly without having to add additional team members to facilitate the additional projects.

  ### 7. A Game-Changer for Event Website Creation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I used Duda to build our event website for our Travel Innovation Summit in Milan. It made me save time and money because it was very easy to use and didn't require coding skills. This was a game changer and a time-saving solution, especially with the tight schedule and many changes needed. I love its ease of use and flexibility, which helped keep us agile and independent. I appreciate Duda's performance, reliability, and design flexibility. Performance is key for SEO and provides users with a fast, responsive website. Reliability is crucial when you put your brand out there, especially for events. Flexibility is helpful when you don't have a team of graphic designers in-house. The initial setup was super easy, and I'd rate my likelihood to recommend it as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Nothing comes to mind.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda saves me time and money, requiring no coding skills. It's a game changer with its ease of use and flexibility, keeping us agile and independent for event updates. I also appreciate its performance, reliability, and design flexibility.

  ### 8. Always top-class service from Duda.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilya N. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda is an excellent no-code platform that allows you to build a website fast and with ease. The platform is always evolving and new features keep being added several times per month.

I'd like to highlight Duda's support team, which is always responsive and often resolves issues within a day.

There are a lot of features and additional app integrations.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are some limitations to the platform; it could do with some animation improvements, but the platform has grown well over 2024. One of the highlights is native eCommerce and AI technology that is contantly evolving.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform offers quick and easy website development, automated billing, third-party service integration, and AI features. It also allows for fast website replication and template creation, making it easy to reuse designs in the future. All of these features help to simplify web development, significantly reducing the time and effort required throughout the process.

  ### 9. Seamless Website Management with Unmatched Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori O. | Founder and Chief Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I love Duda for its strong focus on supporting agencies, which was apparent from the moment I started using it. Transitioning from other platforms like Squarespace and Wix, I was delighted to discover how easily Duda managed to overcome the limitations I faced with those platforms. It was not difficult at all to set up, which matches the ease of use that made me appreciate it even more. Duda eases the processes of adding clients and keeping track of them, which is crucial for my agency. I have tremendous confidence in the quality of the websites and the service provided, knowing they are reliable and always available. A standout aspect is Duda's ongoing commitment to improvement, especially with AI features around SEO, which makes managing alt text and meta descriptions much easier—from one convenient place. The customer service and support for agencies are top-notch, reinforcing my decision to choose Duda over others. The ease of integration with other software like HighLevel strengthens its versatility for my agency, allowing seamless connections without the need for additional CRM systems. Ultimately, these aspects collectively make Duda a 10 out of 10 recommend for others.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The only thing I would change with Duda is adding a CRM system, but I know that is a huge endeavor.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Duda simplifies client management and ensures high-quality, reliable websites. Its ease of use and excellent support solve hosting worries, making it easy to support my clients.

  ### 10. Duda supercharges agency growth with scalable site building and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda's robust automation and API features allowed our agency to scale from managing 10 websites to hundreds. The platform's dynamic pages, SEO tools, and templating system make site building incredibly efficient, letting our team focus on marketing strategies instead of coding.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

While Duda's feature set is comprehensive, I'd love to see more third-party plugin options and deeper custom code capabilities. Nevertheless, the platform's ease of use, automation, and scalability far outweigh these minor limitations.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda has completely transformed the way our agency builds, manages, and scales client websites. Before switching, we struggled with time-consuming builds, plugin conflicts, and maintenance issues on other platforms. With Duda, we’ve automated much of our workflow—allowing one account manager to oversee hundreds of websites seamlessly.

Its powerful CMS, intuitive editor, and client management tools let our team focus on strategy and results instead of troubleshooting tech. The platform’s speed, reliability, and built-in SEO capabilities mean every site we publish performs exceptionally well out of the box.

  ### 11. Powerful site designer with incredible AI features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerry W. | SEO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I am using the top end functionality of Duda, to do some very simple sites, but as I dig in I keep finding that there is a lot more functionality that I haven't even touched on - the support is amazing and I can manage a lot of sites easily and quickly.

I have used it for multiple sites now, a car garage, my company site as well as several smaller sites.

The AI features make creation and management very easy.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Some things are a little trickier and knowing exactly where to look within the interface, can be challenging - but that is common, sometimes learning a product takes a bit of time and the tools within it are very powerful

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a comprehensive CMS to help me create several robust websites that are also optimized for SEO, rapidly created and future proofed by being both fast and expandable.

  ### 12. Constantly Evolving Platform That Puts Users First

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

They are constantly improving and thinking about how we can better serve our audiences. We have also found that it is by far the best platform for businesses that need a high performing/low maintenance website.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There is a comments function that is excellent for collecting feedback from clients. They can add comments directly to the site. But when you are the developer trying to make the changes from the comments there is no real easy way to see comments and make edits. You have to turn off comments to make edits.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We advise our clients to treat their website as an extension of their business, not just a digital brochure. What can your website do to help you keep your audience informed, qualify customers, etc. Duda has countless ways where this is easily accomplished and very manageable for the clients.

  ### 13. Great AI Website Builder, But Poor Email Support Experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hung T. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The AI website builder is fantastic and provides a powerful starting point for site design. I especially appreciate how easy it is to edit and publish the website once the AI draft is complete; the overall site creation process is very smooth and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The email support is extremely disappointing and has been slow and unhelpful. We've had significant trouble getting assistance with converting our trial to a paid plan and applying a promo code. Even after flagging the issue as urgent, the reply took days with no clear resolution provided.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Difficulty of Starting from Scratch (and Time), Duda provides a powerful AI builder and a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface, Duda eliminates the need for coding knowledge and months of development time. We get a professional, high-quality website up and running fast. This allows us to immediately start marketing our products and services instead of getting stuck in the technical building process. The easy-to-use editor means we can update information yourself instantly.

  ### 14. Great customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick F. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Even though I am new to building a website Duda did a great job of making it easy for me. Made me realize what I thought was a daunting task actually pretty easy. From their initial interface I was able to choose a template and immediately get to work. Whether I had to upload my own pictures or create new sections, the Duda interface was very easy and straight forward.

The only time I ran into an issue I was able to contact their customer support, I got a response if a timely manor and we were able to resolve my issue with ease.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The only issue I had with Duda was their AI help bot. It was helpful but I got stuck in a loop in which it kept recommending the same solutions even though it was not working. This was a minor inconvenience and once Customer support was contacted it was resolved.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda allows me to easily build a website in which We use to gain more clients for our business.

  ### 15. Beginner-Friendly Platform with Great Support – But Some Editing and Chatbot Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lotte V. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I’m not very technically skilled, yet I still managed to build simple websites with Duda. The platform is generally intuitive and makes it easy to find where to change things.

It’s also very straightforward to upload custom fonts and images, and to make your website adapt to different devices. Connecting Google Tag and Google Ads is simple as well, thanks to the built-in pixel integration.

Customer support is excellent once you get in touch with a real person — replies are quick, clear, and helpful, and issues are usually resolved efficiently.

After creating a simple website with a contact form, I ran an in-depth accessibility check. I was pleased to see that very few issues came up. The only significant problem was that the contact form wasn’t keyboard accessible. After contacting Duda, they advised using an external plugin as a solution.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Text editing can be frustrating. When replacing text, the font style, size, and color often change unexpectedly, even when the text is clearly set to “Heading 2.” This slows down the editing process and requires manual reformatting.

The chatbot experience is poor — it repeatedly asks you to log in, even after you have done so, and then only offers two clickable responses: “never mind” and “couldn’t log in.” It doesn’t register that you are logged in, which leaves you stuck in a loop.

It would be great if Duda could improve the text editor’s consistency and fix the chatbot experience to make getting help easier.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda allows me to build websites myself without having to hire expensive web developers. Even with no programming skills, I can create a functional and professional-looking website with features like contact forms and automations. This saves both time and money while giving me full control over updates and design.

  ### 16. Best and Easiest Way to Build Great-Looking Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

This is the best and easiest way I’ve found to build great-looking websites. The UI/UX is excellent, the integrations are impressive, and the ROI has been amazing for me. The AI integrations are truly top-notch, and the overall performance feels enterprise-level.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Nothing major to complain about overall; I just think the price could be a little better for multi-website plans.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating websites and landing pages quickly—and they look beautiful, too.

  ### 17. Easy Website Creation, Simple Setup, and Strong Ongoing SEO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keri K. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Easy to use for website creation, setup, and ongoing SEO

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Sometimes, when I sign in, it glitches and comes up in a different language.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster and easier website creation with templates

  ### 18. Duda is hassle-free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anatole F. | Business owner and Permaculture designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

For me, Duda is an intuitive and good working all-in one website builder.
In the past I used an known open-source website builder for two websites.
I'm using Duda since 2021 for my own company website and it's awesome.
Not only there is all what you need, it's also easy to use and hassle-free.
For me Duda is a no-brainer, I recommend it to all the entrepreneurs I know.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Sometimes you find some (very few) features that are limited to modify when you can't code.
Luckily, the support service is very kind and helpful.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is an All-in one website builder, all what you need is there, no need of 12 plug-ins of other companies for basic features, no need to update parts separately.
For more advanced features, there are extra plugins (apps) but mainly for webshops and most of them look like an alternative of what you already have on Duda.

  ### 19. Easy-to-set-up kit with excellent service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dirk S. | Web-Content-Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I find setting up Duda super easy and very user-friendly, which makes it a great tool for beginners. I like to recommend it to my clients because it gives them the opportunity to co-design, which is very important. I particularly appreciate the ability to offer individual customer logins and the flexibility to create a platform that is precisely tailored to my clients' needs. The agency license from Duda is extremely useful for me because it allows for individual customization without additional costs and enables clients to actively participate in their web presence. I also use the Zapier app as a central interface and appreciate the easy integration of HTML widgets. The reason I would buy Duda again is the great service, as I can easily resolve questions via LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I would wish for more opportunities for Mini Creators like my small company. More contact, more collaboration. More cooperation.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Duda to provide my clients with a platform that can be customized. It is user-friendly, helps with presentations, and allows for logical integration of clients. The agency license supports their involvement without additional costs.

  ### 20. Effortless Website Customization with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siggi - Sigurdur S. | CEO and Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The overall usability and flexibility for well-designed website customization stand out to me. The platform provides attractive templates that serve as a solid starting point for launching a web project, yet it remains simple to modify and adapt to suit each client’s needs. Its user-friendly interface is especially important for our clients, allowing them to manage their websites effortlessly once they are live.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

We have had a great experience with the Duda platform, and our overall feedback is very positive. At this time, there is nothing that we dislike about it.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients want websites that are not only well designed but also simple to manage, and Duda delivers on both fronts.

  ### 21. Effortless Web Design with Stellar Collaboration

I like Duda for its ease of use for our clients, making it quicker to build websites and more cost-effective since it doesn't require plugins. I appreciate the good collaboration with their team; nothing is too much trouble for them. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There'll always be advancements with AI but Rome wasn't built in a day!

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is easy for clients to use, builds websites quickly without needing plugins, and reduces costs.

  ### 22. Intuitive Web Builder with Effortless Setup

I like that Duda is very easy to use and is always evolving, helping me bring my clients' visions to life in a more impactful way. It's a great tool for visually understanding what my clients are looking for, and I find it very user-friendly. The initial setup of Duda is very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Nothing really

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is user-friendly and helps me understand clients' needs visually. It evolves constantly, so I can effectively bring clients' visions to life. Switching from WordPress, I find Duda faster and less complicated.

  ### 23. Hard to find perfect, but Duda is right there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke J. | Websites Onboarding Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda makes it easy to build and manage websites, offering everything needed to set customers up for success. The support team is excellent, and their partners consistently provide helpful updates and valuable insights.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There’s intermittent lag across the site builders, which can affect team members’ workflows. Issues include slow responsiveness and, at times, changes not being saved—both of which can be problematic.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is solving the complexity of building and managing websites by providing an intuitive platform with all the necessary tools in one place. This makes it easier and faster to set customers up for success without needing extensive technical expertise. Additionally, their strong support team and engaged partner network offer timely updates and valuable insights, helping us stay informed and efficient. While there are occasional performance lags, the overall experience has significantly streamlined our workflow and improved our ability to deliver quality websites at scale.

  ### 24. Ideal solution for web design agencies and freelancers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno B. | Gerente de Operações, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

What contributes most to the day-to-day is the ease of the drag-and-drop editor. Duda manages to balance simplicity with advanced features. You can create professional websites quickly without technical knowledge, but still have the flexibility for more complex customizations when necessary.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Inconsistencies in the mobile version. Not everything syncs automatically between desktop and mobile. Despite being "mobile-first," some changes do not automatically reflect on the mobile version, requiring manual adjustments - contradicting the promise of agility.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge I faced was the constant volume of requests for small content updates from clients. Duda's permission system solved this issue by allowing clients to make basic changes autonomously, such as text updates and blog posts. This significantly optimized my time, allowing for greater focus on strategic projects, while providing clients with the necessary flexibility to manage their content independently.

  ### 25. Six years in — still the fastest way to build and scale client sites.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum W. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

What I respect most about Duda is how much of the heavy lifting it does behind the scenes. The platform is fast — not just for visitors, but for the people building with it. Sites perform brilliantly out of the box in terms of Core Web Vitals, and the visual editor is genuinely intuitive, even for non-technical team members. But the real gem for me is the widget builder — especially now with AI-assisted workflows and MCP. It allows us to create reusable components at scale, which completely shifts how we think about client deliverables. For agencies that know how to productise their services, Duda becomes more than a website builder — it becomes infrastructure.

I also want to call out customer support — I use Duda alot every single day. I live in the platform. And while that might sound extreme, it speaks to how deeply integrated Duda is into our agency’s workflow. When you’re working at that level of frequency, having fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful support makes a huge difference. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes strengths that’s easy to overlook in a review, but it’s a big part of why we’ve stuck with Duda over the years.

From an implementation perspective, the learning curve is surprisingly low. If I were to score it, I’d say 3.5 out of 10 — much easier than tools like Webflow or Framer. Editor 2.0 in particular is a massive leap forward. It’s a modern, flexible design interface that’s made site building feel smoother and more scalable. I know some long-time users have found the transition from the classic editor difficult — but if you’re new to Duda and reading this review, you’ll be starting fresh with Editor 2.0. That’s a much better entry point, and I genuinely think most users will adapt quickly.

Not everything in the platform fits every workflow — and that’s okay. For instance, I don’t use Duda’s native client billing or content collection tools because we have an external system that handles that more efficiently for our agency. The built-in commenting tool isn’t the strongest on the market either. But the beauty is, Duda’s Zapier integration is solid — we’re able to trigger external workflows when comments are added, for example, creating tickets or notifications in the systems we do use. So even if their native solution doesn’t fit, you’re not boxed in. You can extend Duda to match your preferred way of working, which is a strength not enough platforms get right.

Duda’s white-label CMS is also a standout feature. It gives us full control over the client experience, letting us grant access where needed without exposing the underlying platform. Combined with fast hosting, robust infrastructure, and the ability to scale repeatable design, Duda ends up being far more than just a web builder — it’s a modern agency platform that actually understands agency needs.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Some of the limitations are structural rather than functional. For example, the white-label platform is a huge strength — but it also means there’s less visibility or excitement around what’s possible unless you’re already deep in the ecosystem. Also, the documentation and support around more advanced features (like the widget builder or MCP automation) can lag a bit behind the innovation. You’re often figuring things out through trial and error. That’s not a complaint — that’s part of being early. But it does mean you need to be comfortable pushing the boundaries without much of a map.

The bigger frustration for me is around pricing tiers. One of the most powerful aspects of Duda today is its investment in AI — tools that can automate the hard stuff and make high-level functionality much more accessible. And in theory, that’s what AI should do: reduce friction, flatten complexity, give agencies leverage. But in practice, many of these new AI-driven features launch with their best functionality locked behind a custom enterprise plan. Lower-tier users get a trimmed-down MVP, while the full potential — which doesn’t necessarily cost Duda more to provide — is only available to those doing high volume.

To put it in perspective, you need to be building 107 sites just to make the custom plan financially viable. That’s not speculation — that’s the number shared directly by their growth team. And to me, that creates a bit of a contradiction. Duda’s original mission, which is what drew me to the platform six years ago, was to make web design accessible and scalable for agencies — especially smaller ones looking to productize their services. But now, it feels like some of the most innovative tools are gated away from the very agencies they’d help the most.

None of this takes away from how strong the platform is. Even on lower tiers, Duda remains an incredibly capable, efficient, and client-friendly system. We’ve built on Webflow, Framer, WordPress, you name it — but Duda’s white-label structure, fast hosting, and flexible CMS make it the clear choice for our agency. We’re proudly Duda-first. But when asked what I dislike, it’s worth highlighting where the platform’s evolution doesn’t always align with its original promise.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda solves one of the biggest problems agencies face: how to build and deliver high-quality websites quickly, without compromising on performance, SEO, or client usability.

The biggest win is speed — both in how fast we can build, and how fast the sites load. The platform allows both us, on the agency side, and our clients, on the client side, to make changes instantly without touching code. Most platforms say they offer this — but very few deliver it at the level Duda does. WordPress with Elementor, for example, is slow, clunky, and poor on SEO without loads of tweaks. Duda, on the other hand, is essentially what Elementor wants to be — white-labeled, Core Web Vitals-friendly, and lightning-fast both front and back end.

It dramatically reduces the friction between design and development. Traditional workflows often go from Figma to dev handoff, then into build — which adds time, cost, and complexity. Duda replaces that entire flow with a drag-and-drop system that’s genuinely fast and flexible. Unlike other drag-and-drop builders, it doesn’t buckle under pressure. Even platforms like Framer — which claim to be quick — don’t automatically handle breakpoints and responsiveness the way Duda does.

From personal experience, the time-to-site with Duda is night and day compared to other systems. After six years, I can confidently build a site in a day that brings in over £1,000 in profit — and that includes design, layout, copy, metadata, schema, responsiveness, and handoff. Try doing that with Webflow, WordPress, or Framer at that margin.

Everything’s built-in: hosting, SSL, CMS access, SEO controls, schema markup, alt text tools, AI-generated content and images, stock photo and video libraries, automatic LLMS.txt file generation, easy Google Search Console and Tag Manager integration, native cookie compliance tools — even popups, form builders, and personalization features. All of this reduces the amount of third-party tooling, which means fewer breakpoints, fewer subscriptions, and faster delivery.

Multi-language support is another huge benefit. I recently translated a full site into six languages in under five minutes — and it just worked. The client was blown away. They’d previously used WPML on WordPress, which took months to wrangle with ACF fields and other issues. With Duda, it’s a single button press.

Ultimately, every agency’s biggest challenge is maximizing yield: how much value you can generate for the time spent. Duda nails that better than any other platform I’ve used — and we’ve used them all. That’s why we’re Duda-first.

  ### 26. Duda Support Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The user experience and design of Duda is very easy to use and understand - even if you haven't spent a lot of time on the website. This also makes it easy to explain how to edit a website to a client. The website builder is very easy to pick up quickly and the customer support chat is always friendly and willing to help with whatever questions that someone might have. I use it almost every day for work. It's easy to implement and integrate Duda into client work.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

There are not very many downsides to Duda. I would say the biggest one is transferring a website to Editor 2.0. Sometimes, I want to rewrite over a website with new branding, and I want to be able to transfer it from the older editor to the new one without completely recreating the site design.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is solving the Agency problem of having to manage and build all sorts of client websites. It's easy to start a new website quickly and customize it to each clients' needs. With the client tab, it's convenient to be able to give certain permissions to the client or lock certain editing areas if it's something that they shouldn't change. It's benefitting me by making the work easier and straightforward for both me and the client.

  ### 27. A great service

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Digital Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda provides me with a stable platform to design and launch my client websites. It has most of the features I need and the suppot team is excellent. The best part is I don't have to worry about core updates, plugins updates, backups, and malware that I normally have to deal with in Wordpress installations. Customer support for agencies is top notch. 100% of my issues have been resolved in a timely manner, usually immediately, or same-day.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Duda has some limitations with the way it allows me to use dynamic data (what they call "collections"). Not as much flexibility as "custom post types" offer in Wordpress.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its quick an easy to launch a website. Keeps all my clients in one place, one interface, and allows me to focus on content, and not technology.

  ### 28. Effortless Website Building for Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony W. | Adjunct Professor, Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I like Duda for its pricing and simplicity. I really like the AI stack and the web page builder. Its setup is super easy, and it's much easier to maintain than WordPress. Duda is very good for agencies and it's very quick to build.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

It could always be faster.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda is very good for agencies, quick to build, and much easier to maintain than WordPress.

  ### 29. Duda: Top-Notch SEO, Speed, and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda excels in SEO, website speed, and outstanding customer support.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Duda.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda tackles key website-building challenges, delivering significant benefits for my business and my clients, especially in local SEO, where it outperforms platforms like WordPress.

Here’s how:

Simplified Website Development: Duda’s intuitive drag-and-drop editor and pre-designed templates make building websites fast and easy, eliminating the technical complexity of managing plugins, hosting, or updates required by WordPress. This saves time and reduces costs, allowing me to focus on growing my business.

Superior Mobile Optimization: Duda’s mobile-responsive templates and Vary: User-Agent feature ensure websites load quickly and look great on any device. This improves user experience, boosts client satisfaction, and enhances search rankings due to better mobile performance.

Powerful Local SEO Tools: Duda’s built-in SEO features, like customizable meta tags, schema markup, and Google PageSpeed optimization, drive superior local SEO results. Its flat URL structure and global CDN help my clients’ websites rank higher in local searches, attracting more customers compared to WordPress’s less streamlined SEO capabilities.

Streamlined Client Management: For my agency, Duda’s client management tools, including team collaboration and white-label options, simplify handling multiple projects. This scalability improves efficiency, enabling me to serve more clients effectively.

These solutions have accelerated my workflow, enhanced my clients’ online visibility, and driven more traffic to their businesses, making Duda a game-changer over WordPress for local SEO and overall performance.

  ### 30. Reliable & Responsive Duda Support Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph F. | Associate Website Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I would say I truly love the ease and efficiency that the website builder offers us customers. I have never tried any other builder that can operate as Duda. I would also like to commend the support team that handles tickets, they are all reliable and accommodating to multiple concerns I had when I was facing them. The builder itself offers more than you can think of, so that's a major plus! The implementation is so easy; implementing widgets, apps, and customization is so easily accessible for a first-time user. I use this builder on a day-to-day basis as a website designer. The integration feature is something I admire, not all website builder have this embedded in their system. No one can do it like Duda!

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I have none so far, my experience with Duda has been more than amazing!

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SEO is such an amazing feature! The implementation of apps to the website is so easy to add to the website.

  ### 31. Great design builder for agencies, but limited for solo users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina B. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The drag-and-drop editor is smooth and easy to use, and the templates are modern and responsive. It’s fast to build something good-looking without needing code. I liked that it had a clean interface and the animations were simple to apply.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

As a solo user, I felt a bit limited by the design flexibility. I couldn’t freely move elements or add more advanced animations. Also, the pricing felt high for just one site, and there’s no free plan. It’s clearly more geared toward agencies (client management system) than individual users. The pricing is high for just one site, especially since ecommerce costs extra and the app store is small.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for an easy way to build a clean, responsive website without needing to write code. Duda helped with that through its modern templates and drag-and-drop editor. It made it easy to test ideas and build something that looked polished. However, as a solo user, I didn’t benefit much from the client-focused features, and the platform lacked the design flexibility I wanted. The price also felt high for a single site, especially since ecommerce and advanced features cost extra.

  ### 32. A Powerful and Intuitive Website Builder for Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave L. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Easy to Use (Even for Non-Techy Folks): This is Duda's superpower. The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly intuitive. I didn't need to watch hours of tutorials or consult a coding dictionary. I just got it, and building pages felt natural and fast. Also, my site looks perfect on phones, tablets, and desktops, and I don't have to lift a finger to make it happen. Duda handles the responsive optimization flawlessly, which is a massive time-saver and ensures a great user experience for my visitors. And finaly, while I primarily use it for my own business, the built-in tools for managing clients are a nice touch. If you're building sites for others, this is a definite bonus.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

While Duda does have a developer mode, if you're a super experienced coder who needs to tweak every single line of code or integrate highly complex custom scripts, you might find it a little restrictive compared to platforms that offer more raw access. For most users, this isn't an issue, but it's worth noting. Also, their support is generally really good and responsive, but for some very niche questions, I occasionally had to search their knowledge base quite a bit to find the exact answer. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's not always instant gratification.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Duda, building a custom website felt like learning a new language. I'm not a web developer, and the thought of writing HTML, CSS, or JavaScript was overwhelming. Hiring a developer was expensive and time-consuming. And after some research, I found and try their intuitive drag-and-drop interface completely removes the need for coding. It provides a visual editor where I can simply click, drag, and drop elements, making website creation accessible to anyone, regardless of technical skill.

  ### 33. Great Site Builder for Individuals and Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Star H. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I like the flex sections for when I just need extra flexibilty in one spot. I like that it can just be one section and not the whole site in flex.

I find duda easy to use, though I did go through all of the Duda university lessons, so I can't speak for people without experience in Duda.

I also appreciate the customer support. I have always had positive experiences with duda support.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I think the only downside is some of the widgets are just very limited. The one example I can think of right now is the hero carousel. I wanted more options for where to place the button and description on top of the sliding images but the only options currently are right, center, left. I was hoping for an option to pin to a lower corner.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda makes it pretty easy for me to build websites for clients. I always run into a few limits with what I can do but so far I have found solutions. Once aspect that has been useful in the past is the templates, which allow me to bust out client websites pretty fast.

  ### 34. A solid builder with many features, yet also small flaws

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda makes it really easy to build and manage websites, especially when you're handling multiple clients or projects. The drag-and-drop editor is clean and fast, and you can create responsive designs without needing to touch much code — though it’s great that custom code is still supported when needed. One of my favorite features is the ability to create custom widgets with dynamic inputs, which opens up a lot of flexibility for more advanced layouts or logic.
Client management is also well thought out, with user roles, permissions, and white-labeling options that are perfect for agencies or freelancers. Overall, it’s a solid platform that saves a lot of time while still giving creative control.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

While Duda is a strong builder overall, there are definitely areas that could use improvement. Some of the native widgets are outdated — both in terms of design options and functionality — and don’t meet modern expectations. They still do the job, but often require workarounds or custom code to make them truly usable in client projects.
Additionally, I’ve run into a few bugs from time to time. Nothing catastrophic, but enough to slow down the workflow or require support tickets. The platform has a ton of potential, but parts of it need a refresh to fully keep up with evolving design standards and user needs.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda helps me get websites built and delivered faster, especially when juggling multiple projects. I don't have to deal with hosting, updates, or making things responsive – that part just works. At least for the 2.0 Editor. The platform handles the basics so I can focus on layout, content, and getting things live. It’s not perfect, but it saves me time and lets me reuse components across sites, which is a big plus. For someone who wants to build and manage sites efficiently without getting buried in technical stuff, it does the job.

  ### 35. A powerful website builder for agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CEZAR D. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Lightning-fast website performance – their hosting is top-notch, and the built-in SEO tools help pages rank well right out of the gate.

Client management tools – the white-label options, client permissions, and integrated team collaboration features make managing multiple clients seamless.

Intuitive drag-and-drop editor – it’s user-friendly for beginners but powerful enough for pros who need custom code, widgets, and APIs.

Responsive design – DUDA makes it easy to design once and optimise for all devices.

Excellent customer support – quick, knowledgeable, and always helpful when I need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The basics are easy to pick up, but if you dive into custom widgets, API use, or advanced client permissions, it can take time to fully master.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our account manager, Doron spends probably countless hours to research and find the best solutions for our business, the production team always listen to our feedback implementing new features to the platform so that we can build stunning websites with ease.

  ### 36. A Good Solid Web Builder

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi T. | Website Tester, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Implementation is easy, which speeds up our development pipeline, and the customer support team deserves special mention—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently quick to resolve any queries. This level of service dramatically reduces downtime and helps us deliver faster results to clients.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

It doesn’t offer the same level of deep customisation as platforms like WordPress with Elementor or Divi. This can be a limitation for developers who want complete design freedom or need advanced third-party integrations. However, this is largely offset by how user-friendly and efficient the platform is. Ideal for agencies looking for speed and consistency without getting bogged down in complex setup

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda helps us streamline the process of building and managing responsive, professional websites at scale, which is essential at Localsearch given our high client volume. This means faster rollouts, fewer support issues, and more efficient workflows, allowing us to deliver quality websites that meet modern business needs without the complexity.

  ### 37. They made the transition easy with their superior level of support through their dedicated portal.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DR R. | CEO and Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The new 2.0 editor is a game-changer. It gives us the kind of flexibility we had always hoped for with the old version. While we’re not an agency, we are a serious customer managing eight sites. Three of those went from concept to live in under three days.

I’ve been in business a long time, and I know that success often comes down to urgency and speed. Our largest site took about a month — but with a team spread across Israel, London, Las Vegas, and Phoenix, that’s no small feat. The site had to be just right. We’re serving a unique global audience: 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders — plus their parents, grandparents, and educators.

We didn’t cut corners. We were deliberate. And it paid off — according to our monitoring service, visitor engagement and time spent on our site is up over 210% in the last month alone.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Occasionally the AI that drives their support portal doesn't always understand what I need so I have to repeat the process of getting help. Actually, I think this is more a user (me) error in the way I understand how AI works.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of my companies built a distribution website back in the dial-up days — it was more about credibility than functionality. Fast forward to today, and Duda 2.0 has completely changed the game for us.

Thanks to the platform, we’ve been able to build a site that offers products through an online store, interactive games, story collections, video adventures, and a catalog of over 250 stories and more than 225 short videos. Honestly, we could never have pulled this off — in the time it took us — using any other software.

Duda packs so much into the core platform that there are very few additional costs to consider, outside of the store feature we also use on our primary site.

  ### 38. Effortless Website Creation Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

It is easy to set up and use. Very easy to create a new website and edit it as needed. The implementation is easy and the customer support is great when you need to contact it.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Sometimes the boxes to add and edit things might be difficult to manipulate. It does not have a lot of free integrations.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is fast, easy. I can create an entire tailored website in just one day.

  ### 39. Websites that are easy to build and powerful without the tech headache.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nancy S. | Marketing Consultant, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I love the support, templating and ease of use for my clients. We have long built and supported WordPress and other site builders, but DUDA sites are easier for my clients to manage. The flexibility to set up and deploy sites makes Duda a preferred choice for simple website setups

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Like all software, you have to think about things a little differently. It is not the same old, same old. Also the limitations on outside "plugin" means that more complex sites need more complex management.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy for my clients to manage and update. Fewer tech headaches for my team. Easy comment function for web improvements and client input during the setup stage.

  ### 40. Intuitive Editor and App Store, But Community Support Lacks Accuracy

Duda's WSB saves me time with the intuitive and easy to navigate editor.

  ### 41. Empowers Our Design Process With Ease

I value its agency-grade builder and scalability, which have positively impacted my business for years. The AI builders, SEO tools, widget apps, and API access integrations are outstanding, along with the client management features. I find it a much easier platform compared to others, and I consistently choose it for running all our websites.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I dislike that the plugin allowing me to duplicate other websites on Duda's platform is no longer available.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda provides an agency-grade builder that scales effortlessly, simplifies design processes, and integrates smoothly with other systems, enhancing our business continuity and efficiency.

Templates are great. Very simple to make amends. Easy to save sections or entire pages to use on other sites. Duda really enables us to turn out sites so much quicker than WordPress etc. Support is very good and they do great webinars regularly. Highly recommend

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Just the apps/plugins really as opposed to WP but the library is growing quickly

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to enable us to keep costs down and be a lot more productive. Making changes is super quick

  ### 44. A decade with Duda- Review from a frontend developer freelancer's perspective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iceal G. | CRM Automation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I've used Duda for a decade now, and I must say their editor is getting better and better. New ways to create sections and improved overall user experience to create a fast and responsive websites.

I have experienced using before which is called Duderino. Then comes the flex 2, and now the new editor 2.0 is the newest one. I really loved this platform, that I don't even look for other work if it's not a Duda. I worked with multiple big agencies that only uses Duda as I have almost a decade of experience with it.

I am using Duda for a decade now! What I love about Duda is the simplicity of the Duda dashboard, the Duda editor, and how to publish and unpublish the site. With their new rollout of features with AI and image SEO, I must say, it is easier to use now than ever!

My role then was as a senior web developer, now I helped Duda agencies to scale using Duda. I built websites for them and it is always a breeze that you can build a site in a day!

Years before, there are no feature like collections, now it's much easier to connect your data of records to your site and create dynamic pages that is SEO optimized by Duda. It's a great built-in feature from them, the way you can connect widgets(if you have widget access) from the collections, and use it with Dynamic pages as well.

I am happy as a freelance Duda web developer and it helped my business and my clients' business to move forward from other CMS!

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

My best skills in Duda involve developing widgets, so I think there should be a way to unpublish a widget. Having a list inside a list is not possible as of now, which is one of the things that sets me back for new widget development.

Sometimes, Duda's blog is limited to its design layouts. Also, editing one sometimes loads super slow. I had this one site that I am editing blogs, and it took 10 seconds to respond. Not sure why, and I haven't contacted support yet about this.

I don't like the renaming of the Editor 2.0 they renamed rows as section, its kinda confusing the users as they have already know the rows and columns combination name for so long.

While I love having new features, their Duda flex isn't very clear or easy to use and is sometimes buggy; for example, I click on a device and start working on it, then I hit the preview button, the spacing and paddings don't look the same as I wanted them to be

It would be beneficial if their developer's documentation is updated and matches the current things, as sometimes I refer to it, and things do not add up.

I also do not like the documentation with external app for REACT as it is outdated examples found on their page

**Recommendations to others considering Duda:**

Don't hesitate to use or try Duda. They have the most powerful editing tools and most likely you can build sites at faster rate than other site without being confused of the interface. They have created many themes/template that you can use for your clients. It always upgrade as they have a quarterly road map of features that they follow and integrates it to the platform. It is built from react.js so it is faster than other website builders out there because Facebook was the one who built react.js

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly tech stuff, where our clients want us to display information coming from a server or a spreadsheet.
Additionally, limiting features for website such as search and filtering with Duda collections and dynamic widgets.

  ### 45. Pretty solid web builder for small agencies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff M. | Marketing Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The editor is overall quite intuitive, making site building go quickly and smoothly. I've only had to contact support twice, and both times my question was answered right away and resolved my issue.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Certain site elements do require a little digging to locate, like looking in the Media Manager to find where you can upload non-media files.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda allows our agency to build nice websites relatively quickly, which is great for us since our focus is on small businesses with limited marketing budgets, and in turn allows us to offer website builds our clients can afford.

**What do you like best about Duda?**

The platform has been well-thought-out and offers advanced features without too much complexity. Their API is simple and powerful. The UI is well-designed and you can find your way around intuitively.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

It would be nice if you could conditionally publish only certain parts of the site. Let's say you have a bunch of changes pending, but only want to publish one page.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Imagine having to build all your customer website from scratch. That's crazy talk. The fact that you can manage a bunch of customer sites in one easy-to-use framework is a game-changer.

  ### 47. Reallocation of account name

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Easy to use - love how it keeps you informed regarding updates - you get to make contact with a human to sort difficult issues that bots cannot.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Would like a few more template choises to help with builds etc to make fresher - thats me being picky - I cant think of much!!

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a previous redundant trial user account set up and could not delete that account myself - which for safety I realise needed to be done by them.

  ### 48. Forget standard website builders - Duda has it all!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alpa C. | Company Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Duda?**

Duda is a great platform for technical and non-technical users. Providing a platform that is flexible, robust and well supported. No other website builder have matched my clients needs more that Duda.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

Widgets for searchable directory functionality would be good.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexible in design without comprising quality and easy to train non-technical users

  ### 49. Intuitive, Effective, Supportive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon D. | Senior Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I first picked up using Duda to build for some clients about 4 years ago. The builder was easy to learn and create nice-looking websites out of the gate. However, as my experience in the platform continues to grow, I keep learning, improving, and finding new tricks. Duda strikes the perfect balance of cost and usability if you or your client is looking to use a solid platform without the cost of an experienced web developer. In my experience, the platform is much easier to use and offers more than competitors.

Duda support has been responsive and helpful in solving almost all of my platform issues in a friendly manner. Whether chat or via email, the support team has been on top of things lately, a nice improvement over past minor headaches with support.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

The typical problem with emerging products is ever-changing details and experimentation. As Duda continues to hone in their product, it can occasionally create frustrations when things change, but it's something we adapt to.

What I can only assume are frequent updates and improvements to the Duda ecosystem, seem to be a likely cause of occasional bugs in the builder. These bugs can be difficult to work with, but not the end of the world.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duda's support and tech team seems to take customer feedback into account and is always willing to do what they can to help.

  ### 50. Duda has transformed my business in ways I never thought possible.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse Clark - S. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Duda?**

I can create a site in half the time of WordPress. My clients love it. Everything is Easy and is getting easier all the time. It is easy to label my client sites, and I have been able to grow my agency with residual income.

**What do you dislike about Duda?**

I wish there were more native integrations available. i.e. jotform.

**What problems is Duda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to provide my clients with a website that is Google-friendly, easy to develop, and will allow them to maintain it if necessary.
