You hardly even know it's there, untill you need it and then it's a life saver. We back up our Microsoft 365 tenant and our fleet of laptops and it just works. I love the legal hold features on the email side and for the laptops it seems like no matter how much I tell our team to keep their important docs in folders that are backed up, they still manage to put everything on their desktop! Druva keeps those files safe too, along with all the rest of the settings etc. So when a laptop goes missing I can get them a new computer and back on track in just a few minutes. Definitely an amazing service with even more amazing support staff being proactive in keeping our systems safe. We had to do multiple analysis to identify how and why the storage was spiking. It was only later that Druva offered us with unlimited storage. The hardware agnostic approach that Druva provides was exactly what we were looking for in a replication/backup solution. We also leveraged their backup solutions for O365 data. It is very comforting to test backups/restores and concretely see them succeed every day. The onboarding support was phenomenal and customer service has continued to be excellent even after onboarding. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** The only downside, and I don't know that I would call it a downside, is the level of effort to make sure all systems are covered properly. I imagine this is simply an effort requirement for any backup/restore solution.
