Initial backups ran smoothly, and our monthly test restores complete quickly. The couple of problems we have run in to were handled easily by their support group. The admin interface is very responsive and fairly easy to use. The summary screens provide a good, actionable overview of backup success. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** Not much. The Hyper-V agent sometimes does not clean up snapshots correctly, but our other monitoring solution warns us about old snapshots. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Druva provides automatic backups, cloud storage, ransomware recovery, and DR all in one solution. When we setup Druva for O365 it was a quick 1 hour on boarding process and everything has worked great since. I literally just restored some deleted data from a Sharepoint site where my users was super nervous about it. The ease of doing the restore and then the speed of performing the actual restore was awesome. It's so nice to have that sense of security that Druva is there to save the day. They also do a great job of making the setup easy and once it's setup you just forget about it until you need to restore data. It's great. I've never had an instance where the data Druva backed up is corrupt or missing. When there are any issues with a backup, their support is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** Permissions within the console for non-IT users. We would like to give managers access to employee backups (employees they managed not everyone in the company) to retrieve emails from a historical perspective. And also allow users to access their own backups to be able to restore anything they may have deleted. Currently Druva only allows full admin rights essentially. **What problems is Druva Data Security Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Druva allows us to backup and secure our entire 0365 and Entra ID environment. It keeps our data secure with immutability and makes all the data readily available. It has drastically reduced the time it takes to restore data from 20-30 minutes in labor down to 3 minutes. ### 7. There is a robust admin web management portal that offers a fairly granular user privilege setup and the ability to add different regions in backup. Druva doesn't require a lot of bandwidth or additional resources for either backups or restores. Users can independently recover their data. We are able to back the files up both individually and at a group level. **What do you dislike about Druva Data Security Cloud?** Biggest con, in this day and age, is that it would be great to have an admin smartphone application. More details when the backup is running would be nice as well as more customizable reports. Druva has exponentially improved the quality and speed of our backups, as well as the breadth of what we are backing up ourselves.
