**What do you like best about dropthought?**

A very easy dashboard that let's me get real time feedback from our customers, and create surveys too to meet business objectives such as SLA requirements, and create customized dashboards to gather useful customer insights, and enable us to easily understand unstructured customer responses with their integrated word/text analytics, and also present metrics that matter the most to us and base on this, how we can improve our services!

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

The website layout isn't customizable to the size and spacing of text, such that overall layout can be better matched with customers' own layout/font/spacing needs.

**What problems is dropthought solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The difficulties of understanding customer needs by way of data analytics and presentation.

**What do you like best about dropthought?**

The best part is working with their staff.  They guide you along, make great suggestions, and are extremly helpful, attentive and really quick.  When I use dropthought, the quality of the feedback is amazing and we are looking for that, not quantity.

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

The smiles aren't helpful.  We are looking for feedback, and generally that feedback is negative.  Negative feedback is different from complaining.  The smiles and frowns devalue negative feedback

**What problems is dropthought solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps employees from one department give feedback to management of another department.  The feedback will help eliminate some long standing issues we have.

Dropthought has a clean user interface and user experience. It has distinct functionalities which its competitors do not have. There is no need for assistance in understanding features/functionalities.

DT has numerous APIs; it could have been more organized to identify the suitable API per our requirement.

On our new UI/UX, we had to ask for suggestions/feedback, and we could gauge the pain points of users & addressed the issues.

**What do you like best about dropthought?**

We have been planning to implement NPS survey for our organization for a long time. We did explore multiple vendors but no one was able to fulfill our expectation or provide solution.

Dropthough was able to get what we wanted exactly the same way, More over the tool was complete user friendly.

Implementation was so easy in a short period of time and we are using this product every day. This is been integrated with our site to understand the business reviews.

Doesn't ends with the product, Especially the people are the real reason for us to get onboarded with dropthough, they were very helpful END to END.

I like that the dashboard summarizes all the data into an infograph. The interface is easy to look at with less confusion even for beginners and that it has features to help create many types of survey questions that may help to increase response rates by making it less wordy and fun with visual emoticons/images.

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

If it's possible to add a feature where we can create create multiple QR code for active programs. Eg "Create 1 QR code" button or "Create multiple QR codes" button where for multiple QR codes we can select the number of codes.

Helps us find measure customer experience at our telco branches and identify areas for improvement.

**What do you like best about dropthought?**

Sunny, our representative, was super easy to work with, and creating the survey itself was very straightforward. We went through a brief meeting and we were able to go from there to create our survey. It was easy to integrate into the emails and reach out to consumers. We sent these out to those who purchased tickets/attended the game, which was a super easy way to implement it into our notifications and emails. Having dating pulled at the end was super easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

Platform can be difficult to read at times. Additionally, while it is a good thing that reviews are split into sentences, sometimes it makes it seem like there are more bad comments than not. For example, in last years Duke's Mayo Classic surveys, one bad review made it seem like the problem occurred for multiple people, but it was 3 sentences from the same review.

**What problems is dropthought solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dropthought helps us connect better with our audiences and get feedback straight from the consumer. It keeps us aware of common problems at our events, which is extremely helpful in our planning process. The way the categories sort and display the experiences of the customers is helpful as we continue to plan all the events our company runs.

Talian Darussalam 123 Customer Service is considered as one of the best in Brunei and Dropthought has played an immense part in the same. Dropthought Dashboard & Reporting as well as the integration with Cuetrack has helped us set the bar high for CX. We now share qualitative & actionable insights to our Client on a consistent basis.

One area where we believe the C-SAT Feedback software could improve is in providing more customization options for survey templates and reports. For example, we should be able to add more Filters which is currently limited.

Since implementing Dropthought into our Customer Service operations, we've seen a remarkable improvement in our ability to understand and address customer needs. This application has revolutionized the way we gather and analyze customer feedback, allowing us to make data-driven decisions and drive meaningful improvements in our services.

**What do you like best about dropthought?**

Having used similar offerings from Google and Microsoft, Dropthought picks up where those two platforms leave off.  The service is easy to use, and very intuitive.  It is very easy to create programs (campaigns), integrate/deploy them, and start collecting the results to use that data as needed.  I am already thinking of different ways Dropthought can be used in our environment.

**What do you dislike about dropthought?**

The onboarding checklist should be a little easier to suppress, but it is probably helpful to have for most non-Admin users.

**What problems is dropthought solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End-user satisfaction was the primary reason for implementing Dropthought, and it has been a much better experience for our end-users as well as our management team.  Now we are looking at how can leverage Dropthought in other areas of the business.

Iam using the Drop thought platform for obtaining and managing feedback. The user interface was very simple. Even those with a basic understanding of technology it is very easy to use, and the feedback process as a whole is more streamlined

Although the site is very intuitive, customers who want to explore advanced capabilities could find it useful to have access to a more comprehensive help center or lesson materials.

Drop Thought is a great production for checking in with our employees to see where we can improve, what needs they may have and overall happiness at work.

My least favorite thing about dt is that it's not always intuitive. The filters could be easier and overall getting to the information. I am somewhat new to the product.

We recently upgraded to a new system for customer inforation and learned that employees need new computers. We also have learned what outside classes our employees would like . We polled them asking an array of things from budgeting to active shooter drills.

I do wish I could make revisions on surveys once activated so long as they don't interfere with the integrity of the data collected. (ie when using the survey as a data entry and not data collection)

Dropthought has helped our company identify the issues of great concern for our employees

I cannot think of anything. It's secure. We tried to find out who responded a particular way to one of our survey questions, but DropThought would not reveal the employee's name to us.

Our employees desired a more significant 401K match, and we made that happen. Concerns over the high cost of medical coverage for families were addressed, and employees' costs were lowered.  We also restructured a couple of departments, improving the functionality.
