"Dropbox Dash: A Time-Saving Hub for All My Work Tools"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

What I like best about Dropbox Dash is how it brings everything together in one place. Instead of jumping between different tools, I can use the universal search to find files, links, and documents instantly — whether they’re in Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, or elsewhere. The AI-powered shortcuts and summaries also save a lot of time by helping me get to the right information faster and stay focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

What I dislike about Dropbox Dash is that, while it’s great at pulling information from multiple tools, the integrations can sometimes feel limited or inconsistent depending on the platform. There can also be a bit of a learning curve at first — figuring out how to get the most out of the search and AI features takes some time. That said, it’s clear Dropbox is improving Dash quickly, so I see those as growing pains rather than major drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dash Stacks and AI Search Supercharge Team Collaboration and Workflow"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

Stacks are one of Dash’s standout features, especially for power users like myself. I use them to group together links, documents, images, and workflows into organized, shareable stacks, which makes collaborating with my team effortless. When I share a stack, my colleagues instantly have access to everything they need, eliminating the hassle of sending multiple links or attachments. The integration capabilities are also impressive—Dash connects with all my SaaS tools and brings everything together in a single search bar. It feels like having my own personalized "You-gle" that always knows where to find what I need.

The advanced features introduced in this year’s update have taken things even further. Dash’s AI can now search within videos, images, and audio files, not just by filename, but by the actual content inside. This means I can locate information without having to remember exact file names. Additionally, the AI-powered tools for document writing, analysis, and summarization have made my workflow much more efficient, allowing me to focus more on creating rather than searching. The deep integration with work apps like Slack and Teams is also a huge plus, as I can find relevant conversations or people just by searching for a keyword. What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

Dash would benefit from additional stack-organizing features, such as the ability to create tabs within stacks, as well as enhanced browser tab management tools. Occasionally, I experience being logged out when working with multiple Chrome profiles, but this is a minor inconvenience compared to the significant productivity boost Dash provides. Despite these occasional logouts, Dash truly helps me cut through digital clutter, allowing me to stay focused and accomplish more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Organization, But Needs More Integrations"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

Dropbox Dash has truly transformed the way I keep myself organized by providing a centralized platform that seamlessly integrates file management, event scheduling, and resource tracking. Its intuitive interface allows me to quickly search for specific files, documents, or notes, saving me valuable time. Additionally, the app offers helpful aids like reminders and task lists that keep me focused and on track throughout the day, making my entire organizational process much more efficient and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

The limited integrations are a drawback, as the platform does not support connections with all third-party tools or custom systems. This limitation restricts its overall functionality, making it less flexible for various workflows. As a result, users may need to seek alternative solutions or invest time in developing custom connectors to meet their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Productivity Boost, But Needs More Integrations and Workflow Actions"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

The application loads instantly at startup and operates so smoothly in the background that I often forget it's even running. Querying my own data sources connected to Dropbox Dash is incredibly straightforward, allowing me to access information from all my native integrations with just a simple hotkey. After I switched from Evernote to using Dropbox along with Dropbox Paper and Dash, I found that my daily productivity suite became much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

I would like to be able to integrate additional data sources, and at the same time, I want to avoid having the tool include shared documents that aren't relevant to my daily work. It would be great if it could also connect with Notion. I’ve noticed it lacks certain "and then..." actions, which would let me, for example, query information from my documents and then email someone a summary of the findings I discovered in Dash. "Boosts Productivity with Unified Search, But Needs More Integrations and Pricing Clarity"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

Dropbox Dash has truly transformed my productivity. I really appreciate how it brings together all my tools—Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and even files stored locally—into a single, streamlined search bar. The interface is sleek and modern, making it a pleasure to use. The AI assistant is impressive, as it understands natural language questions and helps me find what I need quickly, saving me a lot of time. For anyone who constantly moves between different apps and wants everything accessible in one spot, this is an ideal solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

Even though it’s impressive, Dropbox Dash still feels a bit unfinished. Some integrations are missing, like Microsoft Teams or Trello, and sometimes the AI summaries aren’t fully accurate. Plus, since it’s still in beta, the future pricing is unclear — and that could be a dealbreaker if it ends up too expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Project Management Across Multiple Platforms"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

Dropbox Dash has quickly become an essential part of my daily workflow. It effortlessly condenses my crowded internet tabs, turning digital clutter into an organized and accessible hub. I can locate items with ease—even when they’re saved across multiple platforms—which saves me valuable time and mental energy. Most importantly, its speed and efficiency have made it my go-to tool for managing personal projects. It’s streamlined how I work, keeping everything just a click away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

While Dropbox Dash has been a game-changer for my workflow, it still doesn’t sync with every app I use just yet. Early on, I actually found that adding it from my iPhone’s Safari browser search worked better than accessing it through the app. I haven’t checked recently to see if that’s improved, but it’s something I’ll keep an eye on. "My Brain Finally Has a Sidekick: Trying Dropbox Dash"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

I’ve been using Dropbox Dash for a bit now and honestly… I’m kinda obsessed. It’s basically one search bar that digs through everything — Google Drive, Slack messages, emails, files I forgot existed, you name it. I didn’t realize how much time I was wasting hunting for stuff until it just stopped being a problem.

The AI shortcuts are wild too. I can literally ask it something about a doc I wrote ages ago and it pulls the exact info like it’s been waiting for me to ask. The design is simple and clean, which I appreciate because I don’t need another “productivity tool” stressing me out.

If you’re balancing a million tabs and apps at work (like every normal human), this is a life upgrade. I’d definitely recommend it to a friend — mostly so I have someone to geek out about it with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

So, Dash isn’t totally flawless. Every now and then the search engine gets a little over-excited and throws files at me that make zero sense for what I typed in. Like… why would I ever need that random PDF from 2020 right now? Chill.

Also, it takes a minute to understand how everything works together. Not hard, just one of those “ugh, another new thing to learn” moments before it starts making life easier.

And I kinda wish I could tweak the layout or organize it more the way my brain works (which is questionable, but still).

Nothing here is a dealbreaker — just tiny “can y’all fix this eventually?” kinds of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sleek Interface Makes It a Joy to Use"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

What I like best about Dropbox Dash is how it pulls everything into one place — emails, files, and links — so I can actually find what I need instead of wasting time searching through five different apps. It’s streamlined a lot of my daily workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

It’s a solid tool overall, but it still feels a bit limited in how it integrates with certain platforms. Sometimes the connections to third-party apps can lag or miss newer updates, which interrupts the otherwise smooth workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless File Organization, Needs Better Privacy"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

I love how easy it is to find things with Dropbox Dash. This feature is incredibly valuable to me as it helps me efficiently locate any random file amidst a vast array of files. The search capability is precise and time-saving. Additionally, the setup of Dropbox Dash was very simple, making the transition and integration into my workflow effortless and stress-free. This user-friendly experience is a significant advantage, and it's a product I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

I worry about data privacy issues with Dropbox Dash. It seems possible that data could be sent outside of my system, which is concerning. Consequently, I don't permit the software to scan any sensitive information. To address this, I believe incorporating local hosting of the server could greatly alleviate my concerns. "Powerful Search, But Too Much AI for Simple Needs"
What do you like best about Dropbox Dash?

I like the deep search capability, it allows you to find things through natural language seeking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Dash?

The urge to jam AI functionality into everything is somewhat annoying. I don't need another AI agent to manage my file folder. It's overkill at best and requires me to use Dropbox as an endpoint instead of an integrated tool. I like that dropbox is simple. Dash seems like overkill except maybe in a complex corporate environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
