I used to like earning gift card rewards for every day purchases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Now that Drop only releases a handful of gift card rewards once a week, it is no longer a viable rewards option. As a consumer, you hand over a lot of data for $0 compensation unless you manage to grab one of the very few reward cards offered once a week at a specific time. Customer service is unhelpful and there is chatter amongst users that the platform is going bankrupt. People are frustrated and the business model is likely doomed. Customer support is vapid at best.
