**What do you like best about Dragon1?**

I like the Business Process Management (BPM) feature very much

**What do you dislike about Dragon1?**

I dislike nothing about dragon1. i am satisfied with the tool.

**What problems is Dragon1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use the platform to visualize the impact of IT on business operations and identify areas for improvement.
