Dozuki Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI
Is Dozuki free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Dozuki does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Dozuki pricing best suited for?

Based on G2 reviews of Dozuki, the pricing is best suited for mid-market companies in manufacturing, food production, automotive, and consumer goods industries with 51 to 1,000 employees. These organizations consistently report strong value from Dozuki's standardized work instruction capabilities, onboarding tools, and document control features. G2 reviewers from enterprise segments also use Dozuki effectively across multi-site operations, though some note the pricing model lacks flexibility for infrequent or partial users. Small businesses appear in G2 reviews as well, but several flag Dozuki's pricing of its single-tier model as a barrier, suggesting it is most cost-effective for mid-market teams with high daily usage.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Dozuki?

Dozuki does not offer a free version or a clearly tiered pricing structure. According to G2 pricing data for Dozuki, there is a single plan with pricing available only through direct vendor contact, making it a custom-quote model. G2 reviewers of Dozuki note that this one-size-fits-all approach can be a drawback, with one enterprise reviewer explicitly stating they would prefer a tiered pricing model since their team does not use the full platform suite. Some G2 users also mention that certain newer features fall outside the base offering, suggesting potential add-on costs beyond the standard Dozuki subscription.

Is Dozuki considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Dozuki present a mixed but generally positive value assessment. With an average rating of around 4.0 to 4.5 out of 5, most users find Dozuki delivers meaningful returns through standardized work instructions, reduced tribal knowledge, and streamlined onboarding. However, pricing concerns appear repeatedly across G2 reviews, particularly from small businesses and some mid-market users who describe Dozuki as pricey or cost-prohibitive. One G2 reviewer noted recent price increases, while another flagged that some newer features are not included in the base price. For mid-market manufacturing and food production companies deriving daily operational value, G2 data on Dozuki suggests it functions as a premium but justifiable investment.

What do you like best about Dozuki?

Dozuki's guide formating help with consistency. Every Guide created is in the same format which allows the end user to know exact how to use the guide regardless of the topic. Update: 03/07/2024 I've been using Dozuki for about 2 years now and they just keep getting better. Dozuki really tries to give their customers the best product for their company. Over the last 6 months there have been many improvements on reporting, ease of customization and overall funtion. I love Dozuki and can't wait to see all the new features that they are working on based off customer requests and suggestions. Update: 11/14/2025 Back again. Just like the last time I made an update, Dozuki just keeps getting better and better. So many new features to come that I can't wait to get access too and play with. As the way my employer uses Dozuki continues to evolve the better it gets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dozuki?

Some of the reporting functions are limiting. It might just be the package we have but reports on things like guide usage and visits isn't really there. Reports on user activity is not very good either. Update: 03/07/2024 Dozuki has greatly improved the reporting functions. There is still a little bit of work to do on sortability but other than that I am thrilled with the improvement they've made. 11/14/2025 Dozuki has really stepped up their reporting game. They're slow phasing out their old reporting with a new dashboard system making more data visible all in one location. I honestly can't say its one of my dislikes anymore.
