Patients always seem to receive a text message from Doximity, ensuring a reliable connection. I find placing the call on hold, redialing, and sending immediate text messages to patients particularly useful features. Doximity Dialer Video has nearly 100% uptime, which is crucial for my practice. Overall, its ease of use and reliability are standout qualities that make it a crucial tool for my telehealth needs. It allowed our practice to continue operating once people began working from home. We have a very heavy call volume and this program allowed the nurses to call patients from home securely using their cell phones while protecting their own privacy.
