The application solves connection issues with patients that we sometimes face with our integrated EMR video application. Patients always seem to receive a text message from Doximity, ensuring a reliable connection. I find placing the call on hold, redialing, and sending immediate text messages to patients particularly useful features. Doximity Dialer Video has nearly 100% uptime, which is crucial for my practice. I know a lot of patients ask if we can send the link to multiple people or send an email but at the moment we explain that we aren't familiar with those features. **What problems is Doximity Dialer Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** We chose Doximity over Healow video as well as secure video. I believe that Doximity benefits our practice because the physicians are able to do the videos everywhere with ease. ### 5.
