**What do you like best about DownHome Loan Manager?**

While the software has some bugs they offer fantastic customer service.  They are very quick to fix any issues we have! 

**What do you dislike about DownHome Loan Manager?**

I wish there was a cloud based program so I could access it from home without logging into our server.  

**What problems is DownHome Loan Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a great way to find many details of past and present clients without having to look through paper files.  It's always incredibly easy reporting to the credit bureau.
