Dover is recruiting automation software. Dover finds and schedules candidates you actually want to talk to, at a fraction of the cost of doing it manually. Dover uses a robust calibration process to deeply understand your requirements. Then, our system evaluates prospective candidates on 50+ data points so we can find qualified candidates who are the best possible fits. We reach out to them through all recruiting channels and seamlessly present them to you through Slack. You approve or reject interested candidates every day, and we get to work scheduling those candidates that you approve. It's hiring, just WAY easier.
