The database has lots of limitations, like not being able to save PDFs or DOCs. There is inefficiency with token usage and I can't figure out where the waste is happening. I can't download AI agent chatbot logs in bulk, which means I can't audit the system properly. The after-sales service needs improvement because they don't have a proper team for the AI agent, and they charge a very high amount without giving detailed solutions. Even events like Tally aren't working, and I have to manually input amounts despite having a Tally connector. I won’t list them all here, but I believe everyone should be aware of a few key issues before purchasing their services: 1. Lead Attribution Issues: The leads generated via WhatsApp ads and directed to Double Tick are not properly attributed to the ads, causing the ads to underperform. If you're planning to use it for Meta ads, it won’t work as expected. 2. Bot Conflict: You cannot use both a welcome bot and a keyword-trigger bot simultaneously, as the welcome bot gets triggered even when users type keywords. This results in two chat flows being activated at the same time. 3. Misleading Support Promises: The handholding they promise in their ads is misleading. For every issue, they direct you to watch webinar videos or join live sessions where many people ask questions, which may or may not be relevant to your needs. 4. Inefficient Support Team: The support team comprises freshers who struggle to understand the urgency of the issue.
