What do you like best about Double the Donation?

I value the level of detail available for each donation and how easy it is to run broad outreach campaigns. The visibility into how matching gift requests are submitted—whether through email or directly via the donation form—is extremely helpful. Being able to see engagement metrics, such as how many emails in a cadence have been opened, allows us to evaluate performance, save time, and conduct more targeted outreach, particularly when reviewing results with the matching gift company leaderboard. What do you dislike about Double the Donation?

I would like the ability to view and pull reports on emails sent through Double the Donation, as well as have those emails automatically recorded in each donor’s record in Raiser’s Edge. It would also be helpful to see a donor’s full giving history within the platform and to receive notifications when a matching gift request has been approved.
