I value the level of detail available for each donation and how easy it is to run broad outreach campaigns. The visibility into how matching gift requests are submitted—whether through email or directly via the donation form—is extremely helpful. Being able to see engagement metrics, such as how many emails in a cadence have been opened, allows us to evaluate performance, save time, and conduct more targeted outreach, particularly when reviewing results with the matching gift company leaderboard.
