**What do you like best about Double?**

Keeper has cut my month-end process down by at least half! The software allows me and my team instant transparency on the status of each client project. In addition to the checklists, Keeper allows you to create your own templates for different types of client projects and a unique client portal where you can collaborate efficiently with the clients and/or their staff. I can't live without this!

**What do you dislike about Double?**

There is no answer for this, I love everything about it! It is easy to onboard clients and staff, it's affordable, and Ben and his team are constantly evolving and improving to add and update features!

**What do you like best about Double?**

Keeper streamlines communication with clients. No more long email threads where answers get lost. I find that clients are much better about responding to questions.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

File organinzation could be improved but it's managable enough, but the addition of folders would be nice.

**What problems is Double solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients are able to easily answer questions about transactions on their phone or desktop, they don't have to worry about a login, they can easily upload documents and ask their own questions.

We have all our client communications running through Keeper and the time and effort it has saved the team internally coupled with the consistent client service, Keeper.app transformed our business in a way that has really enabled us to scale.

NOTHING! Even if there was, you simply submit a feature request and voila - it's resolved.

**What do you like best about Double?**

We have ALL of our client tasks in Keeper. This not only helps us manage our client workload; it also helps with communication between team members so that no task gets missed. We also LOVE how responsive the Keeper team is in listening to user comments for improvement. They are constantly tweaking and updating the software and it just gets better and better each time.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

The biggest downside to using Keeper is that there is no archive feature. So if/when a client disengages, we either have to continue to pay for the client's subscription or we lose all of the data. We have a process in place for downloading as much as we can, but it's still a giant flaw in the system.

**What problems is Double solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Keeper reports are so much nicer than the QuickBooks Online reports we used to use. Super easy to run the reports we need too.

**What do you like best about Double?**

As a booking professional, I have enjoyed using various apps and software solutions to help me manage my workload. However, none have impressed me quite like the Keeper app.

The introduction of the client portal has been a game-changer for our operations. Not only has it saved us valuable time, but our clients have embraced the new platform, which has quickly become the preferred mode of communication.

The portal's intuitive interface allows for seamless communication between our team and clients, improving overall efficiency and client experience. 
By allowing clients to access relevant information and update their details at their convenience, we have significantly reduced back-and-forth emails and phone calls.

Our clients' overwhelmingly positive response demonstrates how valuable the portal has been in improving communication and strengthening our relationships. 

We are thrilled to have implemented such a valuable tool and look forward to continued success with its use.
The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making the processes a breeze. But what sets Keeper app apart is its ability to save time and streamline workflows, giving me more time to focus on other important aspects of my work.

Moreover, the Keeper app is constantly evolving and improving based on feedback from users like myself. It's refreshing to see a company that takes user input to heart and continually works to enhance the user experience.

I can't recommend the Keeper app enough to fellow bookkeeping professionals. Its comprehensive features, outstanding review and close procedures, and detailed reporting make it a necessary app for any bookkeeping practice.

I like everything about Keeper, it makes month end SO much smoother and simpler. The best thing is that they keep adding features for the same price.

There are no downsides to Keeper, everything just works.

Uncategorized transactions are no longer a problem, for us or for our clients. Our clients have tokd us how much they love the portal. Duplicate vendors is also awesome and the newest feature, auto-add transactions. Can't way enough!

Keeper makes my practice work!  I don't know how I functioned before Keeper.  This software is an absolutely essential software for any and all bookkeepers wanting to grow and/or scale their practice!

**What do you dislike about Double?**

This is tough... There's very little to talk about here.  If I have to say something, it would be short-lived.  Keeper is constantly updating their software.  And any issues I had/have, if I just reach out, they respond very quickly!

Keeper helps my practice stay organized.  My team and I always know where we are, who needs to complete what, and when.  If there is anything new or unique or different about a client, we just update that information in Keeper.

**What do you like best about Double?**

This isn't just software it's a whole practice management operating system and a supportive virtual community. The developers are available and responsive and the software improves weekly.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

The only complaint I have is the file storage is not intuitive...YET! But it is in development! Any negative feedback you could have for Keeper can be tempered by the FACT that the software is evolving and improving weekly. The developers (who are the owners of the company) are listening and actively seeking out feedback to improve workflows and functionality, and implement new features.

**What problems is Double solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper has become my second brain, I keep all recurring tasks and workflow management in there as well as one-off tasks and (nearly) all client communication. It gives me a visual overview of where we're at with each client as well as an intuitive multi-step drill-down system to dive in where needed to see more information. 
My client communication has improved tremendously even with my most stubborn clients. They LOVE it and actually respond to my reminders and requests. 
Managing my team is incredibly easy in Keeper too with flexible assignment of a whole client or just a portion of the tasks for the close in addition to one-off and recurring tasks.

Not only can we close each client with confidence each month and provide high-quality reports, but we can also use Keeper for project management to stay on top of all our daily tasks!

**What do you dislike about Double?**

Currently, the internal team chat feature isn't functioning at 100%, and there is a lot of work to be done to the document management so we can use it exclusively. Both need to be a little more robust.

Keeper allows us to be in one system instead of bouncing between multiple systems. This saves us time and helps speed up the training process when we hire new contractors.

Keeper is a fantastic tool for overseeing a bookkeeping practice, ensuring accurate bookkeeping in QBO and Xero as well as administering quality control over your employees. In addition, the portal, financial reporting and W9 management offer a way to add value to your clients and set you apart from other practices.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

I'd like to see cash reporting with Xero and well as more control over portal reminders. Keeper is great about listening to their users and addressing our needs so I'm confident we will see these addressed in the near future.

I implemented Keeper at the 1099 deadline but have been using it for all of my clients since, and it has been so much help in identifying discrepancies in the books before I get to the year-end review. I have also started using it for onboarding clients, saving me time from sending out reminder emails to gather information.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

The only downside I can think of is I wish we could do consolidated reports between multiple entities and have customer names with each entity as a sub-category in the Keeper view.

Keeper streamlines the main processes of our accounting firm. Without Keeper we had to use a few different softwares to accomplish the same tasks. We can structure client onboarding, monthly financials, and document storage all within Keeper. They give a ton of control as well so we can customize when, who, and what we email. AND they're super focused on staying relevant through updates with new ai tech. Overall, great company & tool. Excited to see what they do next.

Not much. They're a good brand. Ben & the team jump on the support inquiries super fast so if there are any issues they're resolved quickly.

I like how easily you can contact clients and how easily you can pull up transactions from quickbooks and edit them. It makes my process go smoother.

Keeper's ability to sync with QBO and review books in minutes is an absolute game-changer! Using this app has streamlined the way that we close client books and has given us the ability to provide better insight and higher-level advisory for our clients. As an owner, it's allowed me to stay on top of employee work and workflow statuses with ease. I highly recommend Keeper to any firms that provide bookkeeping!

Wish the financial reporting was more changeable. I'm in Canada, and the standard report is often not exactly what I'm looking for. I love to be able to edit some sections or add to them.

Keeper is a fantastic tool for employee management of a bookkeeping firm. One of the best features is inter-company reconciliations to confirm both sets of books.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

The only downside to Keeper is lack of a mobile app. I like how other tech stacks can be checked on-the-go. It would help foster the work/life balance for my team.

Keeper allows you to ask questions of your client from within the bank feed in QBO while you are working on your client's bookkeeping.

The user interface can be a bit confusing. It's hard to remember where to access certain features.

I can keep track of all my bookkeeping and practice-level tasks inside of Keeper. It can eliminate the need for an additional task manager. It provides a secure portal for client communication. It is awesome.

**What do you like best about Double?**

I know all of us are very price conscoius and skeptical about new apps (and fees). Keeper did one thing right from their marketing, to the sales call, to onboarding, and now managing an existing client. They ALWAYS set the expectations of what they can do and they never promised something they couldn't. In fact, they encouraged us to demand more of them and that is why in just the last 6-months that I have been a client, they have made a great product excellent. 

There are new product rollouts every week on the recommendations of their users. Not to mention their support -- that's incredible. I have had a few questions that I am sure I could have found in their extensive support docs but, hey I was being lazy... no worries on their side, within minutes (at a very odd hour of the night) I got an answer right away and they waited to make sure I was fully taken care of.

Did I mention the pricing is fairer than anything? If you are starting out or established for 20+ years, this app is for all of you!!!! Trust me when I say give it a try and you'll just GET IT when you do.

Now, the UI for my clients, WOW! For once my client's didn't have to complain about another password to remember of where to go. I embedded the portal link in my website (digisist.com) and white-labeled it by following the Keeper Doc instructions and my clients are like holy cow -- MAJOR upgrade, Chris!!

Thanks to this app I am growing and able to handle the growth seamlessly with my templates and, as I said above, kind, helpful support from my Keeper Team! Thank you Keeper!!!! You officially have a superfan!!

I dislike that it took me this long to find something that worked this well for my business. After trying at least 15-20 business management apps for my practice, I finally found the one. So, the answer is really.... WHERE WERE YOU ALL MY LIFE? Love you guys!!

**What problems is Double solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have realized what bookkeepers go through in their daily workflows from a single-person practice to multi-person, and even remote, practice, and found really practical ways to solve those workflow issues. The last thing that we as professionals want to do is "learn" something new. This speaks our language and, honestly, did not require much training aside from showing me the rundown. The tools that capture problems before our clients do is just fantastic.

**What do you like best about Double?**

It is such a great organizational and program management tool. I love how it integrates with Quickbooks and keeps everything, including a checklist, in one place. I can track what is going on with each client and stay organized with other team members. I love the reporting feature and the fact that I can review and drill down on reports right from the program. Also, lots of user support!

There is a little bit of a learning curve at the beginning but after a couple of weeks of using it I'm getting the hang of it. The good news is that there is lots of support along the way.

**What do you like best about Double?**

Number 1 most helpful feature of Keeper has always been the direct communication with clients and team members  - no more emails, texts, and phone calls - one place to log in, see the action items, and get them handled.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

Literally nothing. Anything I've disliked in the past has either been added, addressed, or fixed over the last 12 months of really using the software. Keeper does a really excellent job listening to accountants and bookkeepers and rolling out the features they NEED.

**What problems is Double solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining all communication with clients, managing deadlines with team members, delegating tasks to team members, spotting when we're missing deadlines with clients, the list goes on. Keeper is the organized assistant every busy bookkeeping CEO wishes they had. Without Keeper, I wouldn't be able to do the work my clients really need from me - I would be too busy nitpicking my team.

Keeper has allowed our business to complete our monthly closes in record time. It has also improved our client communication rate dramatically.

**What do you dislike about Double?**

My biggest pain point was the inability to review on a cash basis, but this problem was just resolved by their awesome support team this past week, so I can't point to anything I dislike at this point!

**What problems is Double solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our monthly closes used to take a much longer period of time to complete. Additionally, finding inconsistent data was like finding a needle in a haystack - now, we are able to have eyes on all of this data, resolve it, and have time to create systems to prevent future errors.
