Doodle Reviews & Product Details

I like Doodle’s simplicity and how easy it is for both admins and people filling in their availability. Syncing a big group is easier, and I find the team plan fairly priced. I also like the Zapier connection and customizable questions. Setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d like to be able to generate code to embed a Doodle form on a web page, so it inherits the page’s basic styles and gives me some styling options for Doodle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The poll based meeting scheduling removes the endless back and forth that used to eat up my mornings. I send one link and everyone marks their availability and the best slot becomes obvious without a single follow up email. For coordinating across teams and time zones it has become the tool I reach for without even thinking about alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The free version feels quite limited once you start using it regularly for professional scheduling. Some features that feel like basics end up sitting behind the paid tier which can be frustrating when you are just trying to book a straightforward meeting. The branding on shared polls is also quite prominent which looks a little unprofessional when sending to senior clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doodle has made it much easier to "poll" what dates and times work best for meetings. It has saved us a lot of time and stress with trying to find the best times to meet for larger groups of people with varying calendars. You can easily create an account and the program is very simple to figure out. We use Doodle at least once a month. There is no real implementation time, you can use it immediately. There is not too much to dislike about Doodle. I think one of the things that would be nice would be a link to show the poll results without having to respond to the poll - I am sometimes needing to share results with staff that will not be needing to vote but is interested in the results. It isn't hard for me to extrapolate that info but it would make it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think I have anything negative to say here except that maybe all options are not visually available unless you use the scrolling tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
