## About Doodle
Doodle is the easiest way to bring people together — without the endless email threads. Whether you're planning a 1:1, hosting a team sync, or coordinating a larger group, Doodle helps you find the right time without wasting hours going back and forth. It’s built for freelancers, small businesses, educators, recruiters, and enterprise teams who need a smarter way to schedule. Doodle gives you the tools to handle any kind of meeting. Use a Group Poll to let people vote on the times that work best for them. Want to skip the coordination altogether? Set up a Booking Page so clients or colleagues can grab a spot on your calendar based on your real-time availability. Need to organize volunteers, sign-ups, or event slots? The Sign-up Sheet makes it easy to collect responses and stay organized. Doodle integrates with the tools you already rely on — like Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams — so you don’t have to switch between apps. You can even connect Stripe to collect payments when needed. Everything stays in sync, so you’re always in control. With calendar visibility settings, you decide exactly what others can see and book. Notifications and reminders keep everyone in the loop, so nothing slips through the cracks. It’s fast, intuitive, and built to save you time. Start with Doodle Free, or upgrade to Pro, Team plans for more advanced features like custom branding, shared team calendars, admin controls, and priority support. No matter your role or industry, Doodle makes scheduling effortless. Less friction. More focus. Better meetings — every time.

## Doodle Reviews
 ### 1. Easy To Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikaila S. | Program Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

It is easy to use and save a poll. It is also easy to see your history in polls you've participated in and polls you've created!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Initially, it took a bit of time to realize how to use it correctly!

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to coordinate meetings and have multiple options for people. It is also convenient to be able to see everyone's availability and for the participants to see that as well.

 ### 2. Doodle away!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mrs. Kelly M. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

It is so easy to schedule between multiple people. It’s a one stop shop that prevents multiple emails from going back-and-forth and back-and-forth. I like how everything is clickable so you really don’t have to do a whole lot of typing. It is very quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Sometimes people find it confusing. The format for some reason seems to throw them off. Or if they haven’t heard of doodle they think they are getting some junk email and disregard it.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling meetings between multiple people that have different times off on different days. This process makes it much easier.

 ### 3. Convenient, easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline K. | Senior Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Easy to figure out, very efficient and easy to navifate

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Love it and can’t dind anything about it that is negative.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Very simple to use calendar program for arranging meetings for a group

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way to coordinate meetings for many people

 ### 4. true to its word, it helps meetings happen

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariana A. | Associate Director Of Annual Giving, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Ease of use. It's so easy to propose meeting dates and get them sent out to your team! Doodle is my go-to when I have to corral a group of people. I volunteer for non-profits and we use Doodle all the time to figure out meeting dates and times that we can all agree on - no matter if the group is large or small.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I don't really have any complaints about it. It's really easy to use and I've never had an issue. I specifically like the fact that you don't have to register to use it. You can just respond to the doodle poll without creating a whole other account that you have to keep track of. Although if you organize a lot of meetings on the regular, I think you should absolutely create an account. I'm usually on the responding to doodle poll end of things.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I think if you do work that often requires you to set up meetings with larger groups of people, this is a great and important tool. Even if the groups are small, it just helps you quickly figure out what the best schedule for folks is.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me identify good meetings dates when everyone has different calendars. It's great for volunteer groups and committees where you can't just go to their office and come up with some meetings dates. I volunteer as a Board member for a non-profit and the Directors are all over the place, traveling or working in far away areas. Doodle helps us figure out meetings dates and times without going back and forth on email. It honestly saves a ton of time.

 ### 5. Helpful tool for scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie P. | Human Resources Manager, Wholesale, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle has been a helpful, free tool for my team to schedule interviews, meetings, and other commitments.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Honestly the only "negatives" we've experienced in using doodle have more to do with user flakiness (and changing their minds after the poll is closed by the organizer) than with the software itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Doodle is incredibly easy and intuitive. It's made scheduling meetings with multiple stakeholders from multiple organizations a breeze.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to utilize features (limit responses, hide respondent information, etc) is great for scheduling individual meetings using a single poll.

 ### 6. Used for meetings, rehearsals, events

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arthur L. | Artistic director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is so simple to use, with all those options allowing to personalize, everything is clear and it's so easy to change something if the situation evolved.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The only thing i dislike is when people don't answer, maybe Doodle could have more reminders...

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem is to match the agendas of everyone, it takes time and can be really complicated. With doodle, i save time and brain tiredness

 ### 7. Doodle Satisfaction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tushar G. | Google Form review, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

It is really difficult to schedule or arrange meetings, appointments, fests and events when huge amount of people are involved. But the brilliant thing about Doodle is that it does all the work for you.
Like: you can create a poll of options or available meeting times, quickly link can be send to teammates, who can quickly and easily access the poll and begin to select times for working, it removes texts or emails chains, absolutely free, easy to use. Moreover, you can link Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

No complains actually. Few potential updates to consider that includes adding of most commonly used emails. Video messaging and conferencing application required, Doodle's homepage has become increasingly cluttered.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Definitely use it at least once.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly deciding meeting times with groups of people. Easy to use and fast.

 ### 8. Positive and easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

It's very easy to use and easy to send a link to anyone. It also allows for easy anonymous responses to heated questions and access on most mobile platforms. We primarily use these features to allow for quick responses to questions that would otherwise take more time to get a consensus.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

It could give statistics or evaluations based on time submitted, etc. It could also improve its mobile layout as this can become an issue on some devices. This can sometimes cause issues when a quick response is needed but unable to be provided while mobile.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It is both a simple and free platform to poll your workers to provide direct feedback in a management position.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly scheduling and voting for things. We primarily use these features to allow for quick responses to questions that would otherwise take more time to get a consensus. We've realized that this can both improve efficiency and communication between coworkers and management.

 ### 9. Great Time Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annice B. | Vocal Music Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I work with a non-profit Board of over 35 women. Doodle is a great tool when scheduling committee meetings and board meetings. Doodle is much easier than using plain email. Everyone can see all the available times, what others choose or do not choose, and the user receives a summary email. When using the survey tool, it makes polling a lot easier for users because everything is in one space. We get our business completed much quicker.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I dislike that some Doodle emails to my users go to spam. I haven't found a way to stop that.
Other than that, there are no other dislikes.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

When starting your account, following the directions on the main screen. It will quicker to get to the first set-up.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving a time management problem. Trying to get 35-40 people to choose a comfortable time is difficult. I have realized that using Doodle it takes less than 1 week to get all those women to participate and our meetings get scheduled much faster.

 ### 10. I use Doodle several times a week

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debra W. | Child & Family Treatment Support Services, Non-Profit Organization Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I love how flexible a Doodle poll can be, allowing for several dates/times/preferences/etc for users. It is incredibly easy to use and cost effective.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I use doodle frequently and have yet to identify a “dislike”.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Very easy to use, user friendly, and incredibly cost effective.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doodle is perfect for our office’s staff retention planning (coordinating the scheduling and location of recreational events for staff).

 ### 11. Simple and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Graduate Research Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Ease of setting up, distributing, and receiving results for meetings and conferences. Emails you receive about people completing the poll make it very easy to keep track of respondents.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Nothing really, for what I use it for, it does everything I want/need it to. The only minor thing is that it is easy to accidentally select AM when you want PM, and vice versa. It would be nice if it had a separate selection for AM and PM to avoid confusion.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

To avoid looking unprofessional, or having to go back and make another poll, be wary of entering times in for a poll. It can be easy to accidentally select AM when you really want PM, and vice versa.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes organizing meetings very easy. Saves me time because of the simple interface to set up times and days for meetings.

 ### 12. Love Doodle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebekah K. | Actor, Performing Arts, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

It only took minutes to set up. I could send out Doodles in emails in a matter of minutes, and was alerted right away when someone would fill it out. It made it easy to also know who was not filling out the forms, so I could take proper care of the situation

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I never had a problem using it, I always liked what they offered, and when I was the one filing one out, it was easy to make sure I was giving out the proper information

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I would absolutely encourage someone to use it. Even someone who it not tech savy could easily figure out the ease of this service.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It made setting up meeting easy and efficient, as well as using it for sign up sheets for events

 ### 13. Very easy to use for finding a time for meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

This process of setting this up is really easy and works like a charm. I like that it sends emails to everyone and lets you see who else has relied already to the doodle. I've never had an email get lost to the spam filter which is nice as this has happened with other products. Much eaiser to use than Google forms

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The interface is a bit dated but it works. Some of the extra features are not easy for first time users. Also you have to make an account in order to change the times you submit. This should be done via the link in the email.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

try it out, it won't take long to play around with it

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up meetings is the primary use of Doodle and it's what we use it for at my work. Some people use it for planning office hours and such but for me I use it for trying to get groups of people together who have complex calendars.

 ### 14. Scheduling is a breeze with Doodle!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

It is super easy to find a time that works for all my team member to meet using Doodle. The wide variety of options makes it an ideal solution for our businesses’ scheduling needs.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Doodle doesn’t integrate with outlook to allow me to invite members of my distribution lists to take part in the poll.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling meeting used to be time consuming and create a lot of wasted effort with emails going back and forth. But not anymore thanks to Doodle! Now we can focus on productivity and meeting scheduling takes only a couple minutes instead of nearly an hour of work.

 ### 15. Review on Doodle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dikshya P. | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like how multiple people can see what time works best for them. I like how the user doesn't have to go through multiple Log ins and sign ups to use it. The website is very appealing to users and very easy to use

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I do not have any problems with doodle. I think it is an excellent interface for users to show what time best works for them

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I think its doing great!

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly in areas involving a lot of meeting time and when there are employees working on different area of the company. The benefit I have realized is that, it works best with different researchers working on different projects and have to get together on days that work best for them. So doodle allows that.

 ### 16. Simple yet efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey J. | Joseph, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

From a user standpoint, Doodle is very quick and intuitive to understand in terms of scheduling availability.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The user interface of creating a Doodle to send to staff members could be more user friendly and intuitive.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When working on a staff in which many of the staff members have wildly varying schedules, Doodle is a great way to fix this issue and simplify the task of creating good meeting times. Instead of trying to find out everyone's individual schedule, Doodle streamlines this process greatly.

 ### 17. Doodle is one of the most useful tools EVER!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I have found that doodle is one of the most useful tools in my own experience. As the leader of a business organization I often needed to coordinate with a dozen people with very busy schedules. Doodle was the only tool that streamline and simplify this process the finding a convenient time for everyone to meet in a user-friendly way. I would be lost without doodle polls!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

This is a somewhat unfair criticism because although I think the development for the app is well done and well thought out, it is somewhat challenging creating polls for large time spans. The reason being it is hard to see a lot of dates and times on a small screen. Not really Doodles fault but just in the nature of the app to be easier to use on a larger screen or desktop computer.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doodle has simply enabled my organization to coordinate the best times for everyone to meet. The greatest benefit overall is doodle is just very user-friendly and can be easily shared to anyone needing to participate in the poll.

 ### 18. Doodle is your event planning Friend!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica P. | Customer Success Manager, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle allows you to see a 3000 foot overview of who is able to join your event on which days! You can see in one line which date is best for everyone. Once planning this event you can even send a calendar invitation to all that have agreed to being free on that date. With the private and business subscription you are able to create a custom domain as well as sub domains. The sky is the limit!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The free option is a big challenge to manage all your users. If you want this tool for business I would suggest that you choose the paid option. It can be a challenge for companies that don't have much budget because its a hard justification to pay for a tool you only use for planning events.
I would not use this tool to book customer meetings for sales.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

- Review your needs, for businesses I would highly suggest paying for the paid plans

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal business problems is the only thing that Doodle solves for us. We use this tool to plan internal events, whether you are located in the same city or remote it is a great tool that will allow all of us to plan an event/training that we can all attend.
I realized a lot of people don't use this tool internally because they are not aware of the benefits that doodle has.

 ### 19. easy app for scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

so easy to use, you don't need to read any instructions -- everything is intuitive. We use this app frequently to schedule meetings with three or more people.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The only downsides are that the list of dates/times can get very long; it would be nice if it were a grid instead of a long horizontal list. I've also had some issues with time zones (once, I couldn't see to convince it that I don't live in Europe).

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So easy to schedule a meeting; rather than going back and forth, everyone just responds to the Doodle poll and you can pick a time everyone is free. Really quick.

 ### 20. Use it with friends to coordinate Girls Weekends!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie G. | Biology Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I love how easily you can click dates and options for creating a group tip. My best friends use this to plan our weekend get-aways together now that our schedules are more complex and we live further from each other.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The text is small and the platform has really small details that you have to click just right but otherwise it is a smart way to survey other people's calendars and collapse what would have been a long email chain.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting together with friends- it saves us a lot of time and frustration when we can just take a poll or vote for when we are free to hang.

 ### 21. Love to use Doodle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I really enjoy using Doodle polls to easily find people's availability. Its interface is so easy - the first time I used it, I had no issues! It's also easy to respond to Doodle polls, which means that on all sides, it's an enjoyable product/service.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Nothing specific - maybe it could be more integrated with Outlook. If it could automatically accept/decline based on people's calendars in Outlook, Gmail, etc., that could be really beneficial and even easier than it already is.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Use it when scheduling big meetings! It's nice enough for a couple people, but especially great when you've got a lot.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doodle provides ease of scheduling, especially with people whose calendars I have no access to. It's easy for me to set up and easy for them to fill out, which means that it'll actually happen since it's not a hassle.

 ### 22. Doodle is the best...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sadi E. | Education manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is perfect solution when you try to schedule meetings with people who are all around the globe. This is more efficient solution than using emails for this purpose. You can select the beginning options and then email the link to individuals/groups to select which one works best for them. Also, it provides custom settings like limiting number of people who can sign up for a time slot and this is greta for individual meetings.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The mobile version doesn’t display nicely especially when there are lot of date/time options. Also, they could improve the edit feature as we

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can utilize the time zone settings to ensure you set a proper scheduled for colleages regardless where they are in the globe.

 ### 23. Quick, simple way to get things scheduled for large groups of people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Briana W. | VMD Candidate, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I have used Doodle for scheduling meetings and events since 2011. It is my go-to website for a quick, simple way to get things scheduled for anywhere from 3 to 100 people. It eliminates the need for drawn-out conversations about "who can do what when" and color-codes dates and times that work for everyone. I love this software!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I think the software has gotten a bit more complicated over the years--which would be a positive for many people, although I really appreciate simplicity. I think the early version of Doodle was the best for my personal needs scheduling meetings in a quick and simple way. The current system still gets the job done, however the added features can be confusing.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Definitely worth signing up and using.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling meetings with busy people with very different schedules for various organizations I am a part of, Scheduling tour dates and times for weekly college recruiting tours with an organization of 100+ Student Recruiters.

 ### 24. Easiest way to find a time that works for EVERYONE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Libbie B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is SO easy to use. The site leads you through the appropriate steps flawlessly. Pick the date and time options that may work, send an email to all attendees and wait for the right time to appear. This is a great tool for work meetings, extra curricular activities, personal items and more. You can integrate your Doodle activities to your most used calendar, too!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

There seems to be less perks on the free version than there used to be. Understandable, but with a tight software budget, it is not at the top of our priority list.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It's super easy to try for free, and great for your personal life, too.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer do we have to go back and forth multiple time to figure out a meeting invite, but everyone still has flexibility to choose what works best for them. I think this works best for extra curricular within the office. For example, a small group on our team works on innovation within the company. While most people's Outlook calendars are up to date, everyone has a different work schedule (i.e. lunch break, when they're most productive, etc.). Doodle makes it easy to be accommodating for everyone.

 ### 25. Extremely convenient scheduling to maximize productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheldon F. | Resident Director, Religious Institutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

The features and their ease of use, particularly in accommodating scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The interface isn’t as sleek and modern as others I’ve used, the interface could use a facelift.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Doodle has a very specific feature set. If you’re looking for a more comprehensive program to handle administrative event planning and scheduling, doodle may not be the tool. However it’s simplicity and ease of use are my favorite aspects.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Schedule conflicts

 ### 26. Doodle - Great Idea, but takes employee initiative

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

What I like best about Doodle is that you don't have to have access to everyone's calendar in order to find the best date/time available for everyone. I also like that you don't have to continually send emails back and forth (what a waste of time!), and you can reach out to people outside of your organization.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Doodle takes employee initiative, meaning people have to check their emails and respond to it, and in today's world, responding to a 'Doodle Poll' can be tough. Calendars change, meetings continually pop up....

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I would absolutely recommend Doodle, just know you may still need to contact people to ask them to complete the poll.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to schedule meetings with people whos calendars we typically don't have access too, either those outside our agency, or those higher level employees who don't have public calendars.

 ### 27. Doodle allows me to coordinate with anyone for meetings/events

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca Vold P. | First Grade Teacher, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like that doodle allows me to sync my google calendar and then create polls to see when meetings and events will work best with others.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I dislike that there is only a limited amount of what you can access with the free account. There are more options when you pay for the subscription. All in all, though, it does allow you to coordinate with others which is the main point of the app.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Ensure that you have time to play around with all of the nuances of Doodle. It takes time to understand the app, but once you have understood it it is very easy to implement and easy for people to select their meeting time based on the poll. It will simply send an e-mail to the recipients for them to answer the poll.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several IEP and Teacher Support Team meetings that have to be coordinated with several people throughout the district. Using doodle to coordinate these meetings with many different people allows people to have a say in when the best to meet is, and have it be the least complicated way instead of sending many emails about when would work best to meet.

 ### 28. Doodle makes scheduling meetings easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather M. | Research and Policy Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle makes scheduling meetings extremely easy, even when you have many attendees. Some of the best features of this program include:

1) You are able to customize options for meeting times - the times can be different each day of the week. Also, if you wish to have some time slots longer or shorter than others, that is an option.

2) The poll automatically converts to the respondents time zones - this is an amazing perk when you work with people in many different (including international) time zones!

3) You can receive a convenient notification to your email each time someone responds to the poll, making it easy to track responses.

4) You can allow respondents to reply with "yes," "no" and "if need be" - this helps if you have extremely busy respondents and are having a hard time finding an option that works for everyone.

5) It is free to use!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The layout can be somewhat clunky and cumbersome for replies if there are a large number of time options. However, this is a very minor issue!

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with a lot of very busy people who are located all across the globe. Before finding Doodle, trying to schedule conference calls was a nightmare. Doodle is easy to use as the person setting up the meeting and is also easy for respondents.

 ### 29. Doodle Poll - 110% recommendation!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devin H. | Candidate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

The extent to which this software can be used for free is incredible, as is its functionality. I have planned many an event in many a capacity using Doodle Poll. The functionality of Doodle Poll on the whole is incredible specifically because it is scalable to specific usage needs. If the only thing necessary is to examine what days people are available, Doodle can do that. If, on the other hand, you desire to examine people's preferences, Doodle can do that too. It's a wonderful piece of freeware.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Just about the only thing I dislike is (again, using for free) the ability for anyone to change anyone else's answers. I've never had it personally be a problem, but I can see the potential for malicious use there.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It is tempting to use WhenToMeet in Doodle's place due to the ability to highlight specific times you're available. Don't underestimate Doodle's functionality in such instances - you may find that Doodle is able to do such things better!

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doodle allows for effective scheduling of meetings by not just seeing the quantity of people able to be at a given meeting time but also the specific people available at specific times.

 ### 30. Simplest solution for scheduling your meetings and plans

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** natasha t. | marketing manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle has integrations with google calendar and outlook. It has muti-langauge support for over 10 languages. It allows you to track your events and audience easily.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Doodle has a desktop application only and does not have any support for mobile devices. It also does not have support for macOS. It has no social media integration. It also lacks class scheduling option.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doodle allows you to set up reminders for your plans easily. It provides group scheduling as well. It also allows you to have personalized profiles.

 ### 31. Doodle Survey Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle Premium offers some great features in addition to the standard ones and helps save even more time and energy. It allows custom designing and branding for every poll, and it even provides option to replace the Doodle logo with company’s logo for a highly customized and branded experience. The premium version is also ad-free, meaning no distracting ads are shown on polls to participants.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

It can be hard to navigate at times - especially when trying to set up the times. It took me a few tries to figure out how to set certain times instead of having it set for all day. It may be helpful to be able to set higher priority opinions (i.e. the boss' availability has more priority than those underneath him), and an automatic email for those who received the link and did not complete the doodle poll.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It makes it very easy to see other's availability and to schedule meetings with large groups. I especially like the option to choose if a time is available, but not desirable.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and scheduling of meetings, and opinion polling on availability based on days/times.

 ### 32. Great way to organize a group of people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like that Doodle enables one to schedule a time when everyone is available without a long discussions. Especially if one doesn't have access to all of their colleagues calendars, it is an easy way to figure out what time works best for everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I don't dislike anything in particular about Doodle, because I firmly believe that it fulfills its main function, but I guess it would be nice if one could leave comments for others and I think it used to be free. It would also be great if the default wouldn't automatically be at the hour or half past but more flexible right away.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While using Doodle, we were able to be more time efficient without having to re-schedule meetings a couple times or sending emails back and forth to find a good time. We also became able to schedule meetings at everyone's preferred time and not just drop them in their calendar because it looked free during that time. It's especially great if you're working in a bigger group.

 ### 33. Perfect!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor G. | Human Resource Assistant, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle allows me to easily schedule meetings that fit the calendars of several individuals when everyone's calendars aren't as accessible.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Doodle is easy to use however from a visual aspect it seems like it is a platform for a child instead of a resource for someone in corporate America. The company should be visually pleasing to the age/career choice of it's target audience.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being in a corporate office with field representation, it is hard to know the calendar of field individuals. Doodle resolves any issue with scheduling as each individual can choose their preferred time frame for meetings. I've also utilized it with scheduling sorority meetings when everyone uses different calendar platforms.

 ### 34. Doodle

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I think that the interface is easy to use and navigate. It doesn't take much work to figure out how to use the tools available for users. I also like the name "doodle" it's a silly thing to like but I think that the name seems light heart ed and fun. I like that you can email the doodle.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

There isn't anything I particularly dislike. Maybe it could look more aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes this website can be hard to make smaller. Maybe it would be nice if you could customize the backgrounds or add a personalized touch. Maybe the website could automatically tell you what time would make the most sense.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Best for simple scheduling tasks or a small group of scheduled people.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easier for people to coordinate schedules this way than in person. People can check in at their own time. You can add comments to explain conflicts or other situations.

 ### 35. Helps you avoid impossible to navigate email chains!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdullah S. | Community Representative, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I love Doodle's ability to get people on the same page. A lot of times work related events require a consensus on time/place and Doodle makes it easy. I also LOVE not having a million emails in my inbox.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I wish there was a calendar integration so people can't select times I'm already booked for. A Calendly / other API integration that helps with finding "open" times only would definitely be helpful.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling meetings has been easier because of Doodle. It allows me to work with my colleagues and potential clients in finding the best, most convenient time for all to meet.

 ### 36. Easy to use for scheduling professional and personal events!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel H. | Data Analyst - Student Affairs Research and Assessment , Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like how easy it is to use Doodle, especially for those who you send the link to. I have elderly neighbors who have used the mobile version with ease when scheduling neighborhood events. It is also very quick, you can send a link, get results in a few minutes, and make a scheduling decision.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I have not found anything that I dislike and I have been using Doodle for years as both a grad students, undergrad, and professional.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doodle makes it easy for me to schedule meetings with multiple people who have differing schedules. One example is when scheduling a meeting with grad students who have very different schedules, I am able to see what day and time would allow for the most attendance. I also like the if needed option so we can move things based on peoples preferences.

 ### 37. Easy meeting & event scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle allows me to poll large groups of people to determined which days/times work best for meetings/events etc. Doodle has greatly increased our meeting attendance rates, as participants can give their feedback and let schedulers know when they are available.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The functionality of Doodle leaves me wanting nothing, however I wish the interface showed fewer ads.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Consider doodle for setting things like family nights, community get togethers, bbqs etc. I have recommended Doodle to my mom for setting Birthday party dates. Doodle is a great tool to help find dates/times that work for all invited parties!

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling meetings & events with colleagues and students. Doodle helps us find days/times that work for everyone!

 ### 38. Excellent scheduling tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

ease of use and ability to contact multiple people to setup a meeting efficiently

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

nothing so far, it appears to do what we are using for well

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It is a quick tool for scheduling meetings when multiple schedules are involved

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

less emails, when scheduling meetings

 ### 39. Easiest way to plan a meeting!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like that you can see where users' availability overlap and that you can see each person's responses. This makes it easier to identify the person(s) who cannot attend and allows you to reach out to them individually.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

With larger groups of users or larger spans of time within the calendar, it can be difficult to see where everyone's availability overlaps.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a part of a large team, all of our members do not see each other every day and thus we often need to rely on technology to help coordinate meeting times. Leaving this task to one person can be daunting, and Doodle helps us realize that we don't have to sacrifice our important meetings because we are unable to schedule them on our own.

 ### 40. Doodle review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like the ease of use when creating polls and how it can support sharing the poll with multiple people at once.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I wish the user interface was a little less buggy. When selecting days or weeks while setting up or filling up a poll, the tick mark window tends to expand more than required covering up a lot of potentially useful area.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Definitely, use this application if you want to create simple polls in virtually no time.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling meetings for research discussions at my university. It helps scheduling meetings between large groups of people very easy as each person can individually add their availability once they receive the lik=

 ### 41. It is very user friendly for the creation of the survey, and those taking the survey.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelly K. | Office Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I love that you can add times for events, especially meetings, and send out a quick survey and collect responses via e-mail. It makes things move along much quicker when you are trying to schedule a meeting and trying to aim for the highest attendance.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

When I created my first survey on Doodle, it just took me a little longer to figure out how to create the survey, add different options for days and times of the event I was trying to coordinate, and then figuring out how to send it out. It's not that the information wasn't there, it just took a little bit of time to find everything, but once you create one survey, it becomes a very easy tool to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I would highly recommend using Doodle if you schedule a lot of meetings, and are trying to connect many people with many different schedules. It is so easy to throw out options and get responses from people right away and figure out where the majority is so you can schedule things quickly. It has been a very useful tool for our staff and board.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is getting word out that we want to schedule a meeting. I work for a nonprofit, so when we are trying to schedule a finance committee meeting or particular committee meeting, this tool is very helpful, because our board members are not in the office very often. It has been very beneficial to get responses quickly, because people don't have to sit down and respond to an e-mail, they can just select some times/dates that work for them, and that's it.

 ### 42. Good and easy to use product. The most convenient way to schedule times with large groups of people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like that it's super easy to see when everyone is free

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Sometimes if there are lots of dates available, it can be difficult to scroll through

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

I would greatly recommend that other people use doodle, especially with organizations that has employees all over the world or working on very different schedules. It can be filled our very quickly and easily and gives everyone a complete panorama of the times that work best for the whole time.
The only area where I might recommend not using it is is when we have to choose between a very large array of different times. It can be difficult to view all the different times at once and become confusing for users as to when good times are.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in an org where we have to have online meetings with people all over the world and it has been hard to schedule good times for video chats, especially with time zones. This has helped solve that problem.

 ### 43. Scheduling at the tip of your fingertips

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asim S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I love using doodle to coordinate large events which may otherwise be near impossible to coordinate and schedule on your own.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I absolutely dislike when doodle is used to schedule a meeting or event time but a huge polls is used. When the poll and options are too vast, it makes scheduling a huge hassle. Doodle should be used with a limited number of options to help narrow and schedule more efficiently.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Use doodle to your advantage, it is a great toll but please do not make huge polls, keep it sweet, simple and to the point. That is when this software really shines.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main business problem that I am solving with doodle is scheduling important meetings and training sessions with new and current employees. It helps to narrow down a time and place that works for (almost) everyone and helps us get the show on the road.

 ### 44. Easy to Use Polling Done Right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is quick and easy-- at most 4 buttons or steps. Once you give a title, and have your own email listed as the host of the poll, you just add dates and times-- and that's it. Once I have a link, I share it and Doodle does the rest. I also enjoy that it alerts me by email every time someone takes the poll.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I will say I don't love that some of Doodles coolest features are under lock-- meaning I'd need to pay. I understand the incentive, but it would be great if I could have access to all the features on Doodle.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Doodle, I am able to arrange phone and in person meetings without the hassle of back and forth emails. Additionally, I am able to have all the results in one place. The benefits to doodle is also that it is so easy to use that even some of our not technologically inclined clients or supporters are able to use it.

 ### 45. Great for Finding Team Availability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ainsley S. | Personal Care Assistant, Individual & Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

We send out a Doodle poll to all of the team members. The team members then mark which days and times they are available for a meeting. The team leader looks at the responses to find a day/time that is available for all or most members.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

The poll is easy to fill out on my laptop, but sometimes it has glitches when I try to access it from my phone

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doodle poll has allowed our organization to be accommodating to all team members. It saves time by creating a platform for members to submit their information at any time from anywhere. It makes it easy for the team leader to see all team members answers in one place.

 ### 46. Can be better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Allows people to choose the free time slots for the week in question.
Has a clean and simple interface for the task.
It allows for changing the slots on a real time basis

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

Though the interface is simple, it can be better animated and made to look better.
The site does not have a great experience on the mobile system.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

You should definitely give it a try. One of the best products of its kind in the marketplace.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting best times for event organizing.
Finding suitable time slots for TA meetings and group events on and off campus
It makes it easier for the entire class or group members to schedule events without much of a hassle.

 ### 47. Likely to tell others about doodle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

I like how easy it is to manage it when you have multiple polls out. I also like how easy it is to create the poll and send the link to whoever you want to participate. It’s also easy to see the results.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I wish it was more user friendly on the time choices. When you have multiple dates and it only gives you the option of all the same times or different times. There has to be a quicker way to create the poll when you’re offering over 25 options. Also as an admin I wish you got reminder emails to know who has not completed the poll and emails sent out to those who haven’t completed to remind them to do so! .

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

It’s very easy to create and manage.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes people reply quicker to these than an email.

 ### 48. Great Service, Needs More Professional Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2018

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is the simplest, best way to schedule meetings. A Doodle poll is created by the meeting organizer, who enters proposed times for a meeting. Then the organizer sends a link to the poll to all proposed attendees. They can note which times they are available, and the meeting organizer can use that information to select an appropriate meeting time. It's infinitely simpler than trying to keep track of everyone's availability on a sticky note!

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

I wish the interface were a bit more professional; it has a casual vibe. I would recommend that users seeking to project a more professional image upgrade to the professional, branded version.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Doodle is a great free tool for scheduling meetings. The only downside is that the interface is not that professional, and there are sidebar ads.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Doodle is the easiest way to visualize a lot of different schedules, and to find a meeting time that works for the majority of participants.

 ### 49. Doodle Works

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Doodle is the best online scheduling tool for finding a date and time for members of an organization to meet.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

My biggest complaint is that not enough other people use it. I'm all in favor of getting rid of needless email threads and online discussions about whether a particular time and date works for everyone you'd like to see or get on the phone.

**Recommendations to others considering Doodle:**

Go all in. Don't wait to get started using this product for your organization!

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The free account gave us all the basics we needed to schedule a get-together with a group of people. You can create polls, invite others to participate in them, edit them, see the results, and so forth. There are no limits on how many polls you can create, either. Nothing major is missing from the free version. Our organization even connected our personal calendars to Doodle for free, allowing us to see when we have conflicts as we schedule. Note that I've also tested the Doodle Android app, which is excellent, and there's an iPhone version, too.

 ### 50. Helps you find time for appointment/meeting in your busy schedule!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Doodle?**

Great way to find a time that works for everyone especially when everyone has a busy schedule.

**What do you dislike about Doodle?**

It does not send notifications to the poll participants about the status. You have to click on the link again to see who has filled out the poll.

**What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling meeting with professors, scheduling events for lab, extracurricular activities. Easy to use, no need to log-in.
