We use outlook and other Microsoft products in our organization so for scheduling meetings, there’s a tool integrated into Outlook Calendar that will show who is available and when. It is incredibly user friendly and easy to manage the output data. It allows you to submit your availability in a calendar, it allows you to make all sorts of different forms, and is incredibly customizable. Doodle is easily shared and does not require participants to create any kind of separate account. **What do you dislike about Doodle?** Unfortunately, my biggest complaint is that every time anyone fills out your form or changes their response, you get a separate email. In my organization it would always be a sort of punishment to be the one to make the Doodle poll because that person was about to receive hundreds of individual emails from Doodle updating you to people's submissions. **Recommendations to others considering Doodle:** Doodle is a great tool. I would suggest setting up an email filter to manage the notifications you get from your polls. It is not super easy to integrate a mixed type of poll (i.e. getting feedback and schedules). Their premium tools are great, but not necessary for basic use. It's simple enough to give it a try and see what works for you.
