"Challenging Integration, Locked Contracts"

What do you like best about DonorView?

I would say the dashboard feature in DonorView is very helpful. It allows us to consolidate different things into one system, like the donor database, events, membership forms, and text messaging. That's what we were really hoping that feature would help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorView?

I don't like that DonorView hasn't solved our problems; it's created additional ones. It doesn't integrate well, despite being advertised as integrating seamlessly with other platforms. We couldn't incorporate it into our website hosted on MemberStack. The trial period is only two weeks, and after that, you're locked in a five-year contract that's expensive and nearly impossible to escape, which doesn't allow for thorough testing unless your organization is very small and simple. Setting it up has been equally challenging, particularly integrating it with Stripe and QuickBooks. It's clunky, requiring separate reporting elements to be printed and uploaded, which isn't the seamless integration the sales team promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
