"Poor Interface, Auction and Event Modules Don't Work"

What do you like best about DonorView?

The cost is right for an all-in-one. Three-year contract is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorView?

6-7 clicks to use. The auction and event module doesn't work as described. Donors have said they won't return to events if we use this interface again. We're stuck in this contract even after two years of using it and asking for better support. Program needs to be recoded - it takes 10 seconds to load a page. Program kicks out people who try to use it, doesn't show bids correctly. With the lag, donors would receive an email that they won an auction item when the program just hadn't completed the final bid. When I brought this to their attention, they said they couldn't verify the problem since they weren't there, even though I gave them name. If you call for support, you won't receive a call, even if you pay for it. You will get an email within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
